The Vineyards Apartments

The short: Looking for a new spot to move to and was referred to check this place outThe long: Showed up to some construction being done on the main building where the pool and the office are. My initial thoughts were that everything is tidy and looks well maintained. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the leasing staff and they were very friendly. They took me to view a few different units and give me the tour/rundown on the complex. They answered any and all questions I had and even told me some of the not so great things so they were upfront. Huge bonus in my book when you aren't afraid to tell the truth. The units themselves although somewhat dated are in great shape. Sure you are not getting granite counter tops and stainless appliances, but it is LODI what do you expect? As far as I could tell everything was super clean and up kept really well. In fact one of the units I toured had just been vacated and the carpet had been deep cleaned and a new coat of paint put on everything. What works: Quiet complex that looks to be very well maintained with friendly staffWhat to improve: Maybe find a spot to squeeze in a gym or get a partnership with a gym in town to offer residents a deal.

I have to say that the management here is AMAZING. Ana, the property manager has made our experience of renting a apartment such a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in you feel like family and she is very welcoming and warm. As I sat there waiting to complete my move in others walked in to say Hi to her and that says a lot, she's a rare gem. We can already tell that we are going to love living here, it's beautiful, the grounds and apartments are very well maintained. Thank you Ana from the bottom of our hearts for making this experience wonderful. We hope you stay for awhile because I don't think it would be the same without you.

This is my second time living in the vineyards and I would honestly recommend these apartments to anyone. Ana the apartment manager is great! Any time I have ever had any concerns or questions she is on top of it. Any repairs I have ever needed are addressed quickly and they are done correctly. A+ to the management team and maintenance team!

Very quiet community. I've lived in other complexes and really hate all of the loud noises. The Vineyards are very peaceful and quiet. I have lived in the Vineyards for 2 years now. You get what you pay for. The price for rent matches the overall high quality living. If there are every any maintenance issues, it is fixed immediately. The office staff is professional and friendly. I truly feel the staff cares about the tenants and their well being. The overall appearance of the complex is amazing. Landscaping is a huge plus. The Vineyards are kept in excellent condition. This is a wonderful place to live

I lived in the Vineyard Apartment Homes from the summer of 2013-2014. This was my first apartment home and I was making the move from Southern California. From the moment, I met them until the day that I moved out, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The grounds reminded me of a park and made a perfect home for me and my two pets (small dog and cat). Since I was living alone, I enjoyed the friendliness of the neighboring families and the safety that this gated community provided. Other bonuses included the availability of parking - including guest parking, the pool facilities, and multiple laundry rooms onsite. After a long search, I ended up choosing the Vineyard Gardens because of their affordable prices and great customer/resident service. I would definitely recommend living at the Vineyard Apartment Homes.

Ana and Monica are friendly and great to work with. They always responded very quickly to emails or calls. Any maintenance work that needed to be done was handled promptly. For example, I'm allergic to wasps and a nest formed on my balcony, it was taken care of it within hours of me entering the request. The apartments have large patios or balconies that are big enough to have a small garden on. For the most part, the other residents are friendly. I enjoyed my time living here.

Nice appartments, newly renovated. However, the management is terrible. They tell you one thing when you move in....all of a sudden its different after they've got you to sign your lease. My fiancee's car got broken into in the parking lot-we called and left a message with the asst. manager to have the manager call us....never did. The gates are always broken, maybe the car would have been safe if they ever got the things fixed. NEVER be late on a payment....even if its not your fault. They screw you over. Even if you've never been late before. Don't let that 1 time come THEY DON'T CARE! Our lease is up in 2.5 months and we cant wait to get the hell out of there. If managment changes....move in. Otherwise, stay away unless you don't mind incompetency.
