This place was nice with the previous ownership. Now it looks like a Flea market full of cheap merchandise from ceiling to floor. It's a fire hazard inside and out since merchandise is spilling out like vomit.

Very nice people, but never have I before been in an environment that made shopping unpleasant. I was very excited to finally check this store out, after driving by it over the years. I came across some great finds, but realized immediately that I could not stay in there very long. They were blasting Asian inspired Christmas music so incredibly loud, I almost had to put my things down and bail. They came over to tell me about their sales and I couldn't hear them, as they stood directly in front of me. They're new owners, so I'm hoping this is helpful for them. Turn that music doooown, and consider classical.

service: staff was very sweet and kind on the customer service level but what happened at check out was unprofessional and overall very gross. Owner charged me $18 for a debit fee, and charged my friend $10 for a debit fee as well. Due to the totals being very off, unfortunately she took off our tags on our items so we didn't have any evidence to dispute- just our memory (if you go here it's not hard to forget their prices, trust me) my friend picked out a small baby purse for kids that had a price tag of 75 cents and a bag of hair clips that was priced as $4.95. Owner charged her $3.99 for the kids purse and $8 for the hair clips. My friend also had 2 clothing items with tags reflecting $10.99 and $12.99 but she rang up one of those items as $18.99. While I was questioning her totals she was taking the tags away so I was only left with 2 and that's a whole story I won't go into. After trying to get it all sorted out she said she'd give me a discount and gave me $12 back as a favor so naturally I asked what the debit fee is and she said it's 3.9% of the total DEPENDING on what type of card you have. I asked her what it is for mine, and she never gave an answer and idk about y'all but I've never been to any business that doesn't know their debit card fee. For what it's worth, our receipts don't reflect a debit fee amount either. I came back inside to get my $12 and the sign outside the door said "furniture and clothing 10% off" but she never applied that to our clothes. I don't think they do this to everyone but something doesn't sit right with me about what happened to us. Selection: overpriced but a lot of options Value: it's a thrift store so choose at your own risk but they do have a lot of good stuff of value but it's overpriced.
