The Union Lounge

Amazing! The food is TOP NOTCH! What a beautiful setting to escape the SAC heat and enjoy delicious food! The staff was beyond helpful! This was the best dining experience I've ever had in Old Sac! This is now my "go to" spot!

Went there again today. The food is addicting! Very exceptional food! Not your average bar menu. The bloody Mary's are the best ever! Just the right amount of everything...

Reviewed during COVID-19, when outdoor dining was available. Thank you to the businesses and staff whom are open serving the communities. =======================Walking around Old Sac thought it would be great to try some local spots, with a view - this was local and had a view. We just stopped for a drink - so our order was 2 old fashions, using Bulleit Rye. Seeing they were really sweet, we ordered another shot of rye. So now we're at 3 drinks, and we get our bill - $60! Which makes these THE MOST expensive drinks we've had outside of Vegas (even then, they were served with much better liquor). Changing from house to Bulliet Rye was $10, per drink! I think we just paid for their Costco bottle. The high tops outside were flithy, not sure when they were last changed. The old fashions were way too sweet, like they literally just added sugar. The menus were just handed to us, and didn't seemed to be wiped down. Needless to say, during such times, you really need to up your hygiene game. I think we should have taken note when we say the whole restaurant was empty when we got there. Wouldn't be going back soon.

This is a great new spot in Old Sacramento that offers a great rooftop (2nd floor) view. Nice hangout spot for food and drinks.

Amazing ambience. Perfect location for business and casual meet ups/events. Located in the spectacular Union Hotel, it's right near the Sacramento city water front. I'd recommend this lounge for any type of event/weddings.

Went here for Mother's Day with the family and sat outside. Food is excellent. Even my one year old son ate everything I gave him. View is beautiful on the deck and the kids enjoyed seeing the train go, seeing the horse and carriage and people watching. We had a great time. A few notes if you go:It is on the second floor of the old Union Hotel. They do have a sign outside on the second floor but no sign on the actual entrance yet, but they did just open recently. Opening the door to get into the hotel building is a little bit difficult, old door, try all of the doors, because one of them was locked. They do have an elevator on the left that still works when you get in if you have trouble with stairs. Great atmosphere, great food, chill vibe.
