In my opinion, the true test of a company is how they stand behind the product after they sell it to you. I purchased a brand new Diamond C dump trailer. I drove down from Sac, and when I came to pick it up, the paperwork was ready, and the trailer was washed and ready to go.Well, there was a significant issue with the finish on the trailer. It started to rust through the powder coat after only three months. I contacted the Trailer Specialist, and they asked me to send them some images, which I did. I worked with Colby in their service dept and then the dealership owner. Both were helpful and understanding of the issue. To make a long story short, The Trailer Specialist ensured I was taken care of and resolved the issue fairly. Throughout the process, they made me feel like they were on my side and would fight to ensure the right thing was done.I would highly recommend them for any trailer purchases.

We made the deal over the phone, drove down to Ocampo from Roseville, walked in office, Matt was busy with customer the girls in the office took over, completed paperwork, took our money, trailer was ready, washed, Pepe spent a good half hour showing us how to use it, tested the lights, brakes ect. We had to buy a ball (size we had didn't work) parts dept also 5 stars. All around the best service. Nice office, clean bathrooms friendly & knowledgeable people.

I came to pick up my trailer from here. I came all the way from Lake Elsinore, CA so it was about a 6 hour drive. My plan was to arrive at 3pm but due to traffic I was going to get there after 5pm, which is the time they close. I contacted the company and notified them I would arrive late and if they can remain open a little longer.The owners agreed to stay open for me. The owners had my paperwork ready for me to just sign. Francisco is one of the helpers that stayed late to help me with setting up my trailer. Overall the experience was great. I wish nothing but the best for this company.

Worked with the team and all the work was done and agreed on before we arrived. Made the payment and team helped get us on our way. Easiest and most helpful purchase ever. Second time customer.

I purchased a dump trailer from The Trailer Specialist and have yet to be let down by them. My recent visit was a warrantee issue. After calling Steven in parts, and letting him know what part had failed on my trailer. He called the manufacturer and within 24 hrs had a new replacement waiting for me to pick up. I couldn't have been more pleased with my choice of purchasing from The Trailer Specialist!

Bought a flatbed there recently - the bed was very nice but the sales rep seemed completely uninformed and while I was under the impression this bed was ready to bolt on and plug in , it was not , and the dealership didn't offer a harness! When I called the service department, they really knew nothing about the product they are selling and had nothing substantive to offer other than the 866 number for the manufacturer that any idiot could google - when asked why they sell a bed without offering the adapter the sales rep told me " well, then we'd have to stock a bunch of them " .... uh , that's not a very good answer - this is a small, California business I'd love to recommend , but I'd suggest going to a bigger dealer with better trained staff and the technical know-how to make your installation process seamless ! (Plus their quote at this dealership was higher than their competitors)

We stopped in to do a little trailer shopping, even with all the people buying trailers nowadays they had a good selection, even if half of them where already sold. They had really good prices even with the high demand market right now. If you are looking for a trailer stop by and ask for Matt he will definitely help you out.

Was looking for a Trailer for my New Polaris 4 door and Big Tex is a great quality Trailer! After looking at several local Trailer Companies to compare price I happened to come across Trailer Specialist on the Web. So I made the call and talked to Matthew Linn. Matt emailed me a quote and his price killed the local competition so bad it was worth the 1.5 hr drive.each way! By the time I opened the the e-mail quote they were closed. Anyways next day I made the trip and while driving gave Matt a call and said I was on my way and the trailer and Paperwork was already when I got there...A big Thanks for the whole Team at Trailer Specialties..

I bought a new 5'x8' enclosed trailer from them 3/20/24. The total agreed upon price was $5,200 out the door. I paid for the trailer in full and maybe 1 1/2 hours later was on my way. They installed a temporary license plate on the back of the trailer and taped a temporary registration sticker on the inside of my windshield. The last thing I was told before leaving was that I should allow 6-8 weeks for the registration and permanent license plate to arrive. The trailer was to be register in California. I received an email last night asking me to pay for the registration fees again? I called today and spoke to the women who sent the email - She explained to me that the salesman had made a mistake and forgot to check a box? I was then told I needed to speak to the owner. I was put on hold for 38 minuets, before the call got disconnected with no return call. The last thing I was told on the phone is that they would not register the new trailer. I should have read their Yelp reviews before purchasing the trailer - most of the negative reviews seem to have the phrase "bait and switch". You should be able to find reputable dealer out there??? My salesperson initial's were CC, you defiantly don't want him.

Classic bait and switch outfit. So, if you're reading this, maybe you saw a trailer listing at a good price on a different site for a trailer you're after. Well, call and ask if they actually have it first. The recently marked down items are magically not present when you show up and ask, but there is another product they'll try and sell you for more money than advertised. Absolutely deplorable sales service; maybe a blessing they didn't have the trailer as advertised- sure seems reflective of the entire outfit. Don't waste your time chasing BS ads. The Trailer Specialist his place should be reported for false advertising, used car lots are more ethical than this place.
