The Terrace Wine Lounge

I've been away some time past and have come back! It's with joy that they are still standing and showing love for the community with great wine, service staff, and ambiance that flow through! With that being said - I'm all good! I'll be back soon!

Food was great but the service could have been better. Way better. I was attending a women event and ordering food and drinks like everyone else when I was greeted by a very Hostile bartender named Maddie who most likely was short handed but could have still treated everyone including her coworkers with some kindness. After realizing she didn't bother to grab my name for my order I just hoped for the best. At the rate of sending a waitress who also had no idea who I was, it was just a stressful moment as she couldn't find me and went back and forth to every table. Like I said food was good, and when I went to check out she gave me my total. Yet after already charging my card she advised she added the gratuity. Mind you, I'm here with one other person this isn't me attending with a group of no more than two. I check the receipt and she charged my card herself for 20%. I'm really just not impressed with feeling of you reaching into my wallet and taking your own tip without even providing good service.

Great little snacks, quick service and fun selection of wine. I had the white flight and it was the perfect amount and variety. I also ordered the bruschetta sampler. All flavors were good, but a little sweet. I crave a little more savory in my life. My friend ordered the Margherita pizza and that was large enough for us to split, and flavorful. All this topped off with great ambiance and friendly staff. The staff really made it perfect. There was only one person there and he had a full house, but you'd never know it from how well he balanced everything.I'm not from the area, so it made a work stay quite enjoyable.

This is my favorite spot in Modesto! I'm so glad I discovered this gem. It's a beautiful location with indoor and outdoor seating options. There are blankets available if you get cold easily. The servers are very friendly and quickly take your order. I also love that they have live music - definitely adds to the great vibes here. I love the outdoor fire pits and I've always managed to snag one on the weekends. The pizza and pretzel are very good! I also love that they have different board game options. This is a perfect spot for a date night or hanging out with friends.

The drinks are on the pricier side but it's the type of establishment where it's so worth it. The food is fine for finger food and to have with your drink, the staff is sweet and attentive they really go above and beyond. The vibe is definitely classy, and relaxing. Live music nights are for a cute date idea.

Our server was phenomenal! Alexis, everything she recommended was amazing! The ambiance was nice, pizza was yummy! I will definitely be back. Thank you for your amazing service Alexis!Highly recommend the mimosas and the cucumber sangria! Omg!!!

Taylor has excellent customer service. He was by himself the few hours I was there and made sure everyone was taken care of. He recommended yummy drinks and snacks.

This place is gorgeous, inside, & out. The S'mores martini was so delicious, I had two, but definitely could have had way more! Food wise they have yummy pizzas, and lots of snack foods, like charcuterie, Brie with fruit, and breads. No huge meals.The bartender was super sweet and gave us great recommendations. The live music set the tone and was the cherry on top! It made our experience really enjoyable, we will most definitely be back.

Great find for Sunday vibes. Outdoor patio very cute nice service good selection beer and wine.

Went into to terrace. After settling in I was asked if I knew a particular person. After saying I did not know this person. I was told this was a private event. So obviously I left. The bartender said the sign was on the door but the doors were wide open so the sign was not visible. I had normally come in on a somewhat regular basis but I do not think I will any longer due to the possibility of being subject to an awkward and unprofessional interaction.
