Book this place for your next small-medium sized party! My husband & I are expecting & originally had planned our baby shower outdoors in January. Foolish, I know! Once the weather forecast changed to a chance of rain, we found this place & could not be happier that we did! We contacted the owner Ty, who was extremely easy to communicate with & we were able to come in & check out the space almost immediately & decided it was perfect! We officially booked approximately 4 days before our party when a lot of places need 30+ day notice. It was very reasonably priced & we basically had the location for the entire day. Plenty of time to set up & clean up. We were allowed to come & go all day from 10a-7p as Ty also owns the bakery just next door! She & her staff locked up & unlocked for my family all day so we could drop things off, leave & come back! We had approximately 50 guests, about 40 adults & some children & everyone fit more than comfortably. We were allowed to bring in any food & alcohol that we wanted with only a $75 service fee for the alcohol. A Bluetooth speaker & tables & chairs were also included & were comfortable & all in good condition. There is bathroom inside & heating & AC as well as trash cans & trash bags. The owner, Ty was on scene next door all day til we were all done & ready to leave & locked up for us. We absolutely loved our having our party here & will absolutely be back in the future!
