I love The Shaw bar!!! They offer so many healthy options. The grab n go meals are my favorite. So affordable and delicious if you're trying to save time and money during your day to day. I've done the green detox smoothie cleanse two times now and I feel like nothing gets me back on track with eating clean like a good detox from the Shaw bar. Fresh meals and fresh beverages with a purpose. Such a Stockton gem, we need one in Sacramento!!!!

I love everything about The SHAW Bar and the positive impact it has on the community and the healthy lifestyles of Stocktonians. Keisha is great and takes pride in her customers.

There is no label as far as what's in the meals. I'm allergic to pecans and had a mild allergic reaction. I called to confirm what nuts were in a particular salad and not even an apology or come in and get the salad replaced. Not going back, it's too bad because the meals were decent.

Healthy good food. Great service. Great people. Unique experience. Interesting environment.

I'm so glad to have The Shaw Bar in Stockton! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she has passion for her business and health. I love that! I tried their 5 meal and 5 smoothie bundle for $85. The best part was that they make the smoothies fresh when you arrive. We also ordered from their lunch menu. My husband ordered chicken sandwiches and I ordered their avocado toast. The chicken sandwich was to die for and my avocado toast was so juicy. I will definitely also order the chicken sandwich next time because they got eaten so fast that I missed to take a picture. If you're just starting a health journey like me I would definitely recommend The Shaw Bar:)
