The RV Lad

Needed some window seals replaced and Jordan was able to fit us in for service within 2 days and before we left on our next trip. Joseph came out to our rig in storage and made quick work of the project. He was pleasant, professional and even answered a couple questions I had about another fix we did ourselves. We will be calling them for the next repair we need.

We had RVLad repair several things in our Winnebago Motorhome. (Water leaking from behind the washer. Kitchen panel needed to be reattached, fixed our leaky roof. Joseph and Carlos did an amazing job and will definitely call them again if and when we need repairs on our coach. Their website is also very good professional looking and easy to navigate in. GREAT JOB!!

RV Lad is amazing mobile service. Their professionalism and knowledge far surpasses many RV shops I've been to. I'm grateful for the service calls I've needed. Joey will directly let you know if something is a simple fix or more serious. He's honest and a great problem solver. Joey was able to replace a kitchen faucet system which three other shops pretty much informed me that I'd have to have the entire counter dismantled. Joey got the job done without such measures. He replaced it and the faucet and sink work perfectly with no leaks. Thank you RV lad!!! It's great to have a dependable and knowledgeable tech by your side.

Couldn't get past the phone call. The guy is very rude. he acted as though I was bothering him trying to give him business. Sorry about that. I got a quote for half the price and even if it was the same I would go another direction. Sorry for bothering you

Super convenient and helpful. Joseph fixed the problem I had him out for, and did some an extra project I hadn't gotten to yet. He also showed me some stuff about my rig that I didn't know. Will definitely have him out again!

Wow! I cannot believe their company exists!! So thankful for their services! They came to help our trailer. A trailer that we have here for my parents.He first came to check out our AC unit. It was such a simple fix; says Joey.We called him back when our water heater wasn't working. And came and fixed that.. in the same day! We had a very old unit I guess and he still found all the parts needed.Extremely professional with a great spirit.Respected my home more than my own kids!

This was the second time we used RV Lad for our motorhome issue. The fridge needed parts both times. Joesph and Carlos showed up on time, diagnosed our problem quickly and were very professional. I called Joseph when someone in an RV park hit my awning, and I, to be honest didn't know what to do because I'd never dealt with insurance or an event of this kind before. He came out, took a look, and gave me a very honest and upfront estimate to fix it. Since I already already paid for an hour of service, he kindly looked over my rig and realized that a couple of strips of on my siding had come off, so he offered to fix those as well. He was very kind, on time, and I didn't feel as if he was pressuring me to fix something that wasn't broken what so ever. Being a woman newer to RV's and my husband being at work, this kind of work ethic is beyond measurable. I will definitely be using RV Lad in the future if needed.
