Chill place for good drinks for a cheap price. Only bar in my town that I really go to. Bartenders here are all great and friendly.

They didn't have Tito's or Jack Daniel's. They were having a lot of issues with their beer taps too. Bartender was really unfriendly. I love dive bars but not this one.

I love the people and the atmosphere. Clean and very comfortable! Owner is cool to talk to and Elle is a great gal. She makes you feel at home there!

I like most dive barsi was followed into this one by someone who then said they were the bouncer...they wouldn't leave me alone, threatened me, and then physically assaulted me. I had to call the police (almost never do!)... kept lying and saying I was harassing them (they approached and wouldn't stop, then physically assaulted me including gropping, yeah wouldn't rec). (It's been 15 20 min and) Just noticed my stuff is damaged from this person assaulting me, like my iPad screen is scratched, this person was trying to damage me and did? I didn't know them before tonight. Feel very targeted

Drinks are cheap music is good. Bartenders are great. Owners nice. Security do they job. Clean. Lots of parking What more can you ask for. Not the most glamorous looking place.

The old big bartender lady with glasses was rude to me and my friend as soon as we walked up to the bar. She didn't even ask for our IDs she just pretty much demanded it in the rudest tone ever and made us uncomfortable because she made comments about us looking young. Then she had the audacity to switch her attitude to being nice when we were leaving, expecting a tip or something. Lady BYE.

Friendly Bar and chill atmosphere. Much appreciated thank you. Enjoying good music and happy hours are terrific. Will be back.

Very expensive , low quality food. Order a entry 6 shrimps, 2 catfish filet, with a macaroni and cheese and a rubbery greenbeans for a side. I was sooo disappointed. My wife wasnt able to finish the crawfish today cuz it taste bland and the corn that is usually really tasty today 02/25/2024 is so bland they cook the corn differently this time with no spices like they usually does. Sonwe really regret ordering the crawfish we just take it home and throw it away. We just decided not to go back anymore. Its not worth it. We drove all the way from Baytown just to eat here. We love when it was still Boushays. The flavor, service etc. Service today is pretty bad ask for water and she jjat disbt go back and when i ask water again the waitress ask for apology. Btw We Love the Beignets. We ended up ordering another Boudin Link cuz my wife is still hungry. Wont recommend. We are done with Rusty Hook.

Found this place online. Went for drinks after a long day. Was minding my business and all the sudden the (White) people sitting around me had the urge to say the "N" word over and over and over unnecessarily (no exaggeration). It was so uncomfortable that even another bar goer (Jay) had to come and apologize on their behalf. I have a feeling nobody was even saying that until I (black guy) walked in. They were definitely regulars because they knew everyone there including the bartender. It felt very 1964-ish in there but they made it clear they dnt like my kind so i'll gladly take my business else where not that they care. Lucky I cant put 0 stars because the bartender heard all that and said nothing. Don't feel safe at all there. Still left a good tip despite all that! Next time just out "No Coloreds" at the door so I dnt waste my time and money where Im not welcome.

I've never left a bad review before but the bartender Zach was awful. he came and asked me what I wanted to drink & then left and didn't come back. I got his attention again for my drink and he told me "can't hear you sorry not on your side" even after he already took my order. then after the bar closed I went and told him about the situation and he told me "did you pay though, my name is Zach go talk to the bald guy at the door he's the owner." very unprofessional. & for me to leave a review anywhere just know my experience here was horribe I'd skip this place.
