The Ripon Tap House

Ripon Tap House has been on my radar for a while and I finally got to try it out and I was very impressed! It's a great place to hang out and get drinks, but the food is also really impressive. I will say that this is a type of place you would go to if you have time because the food doesn't come out super quick, but that's the only con I have. The service here is top tier and the ambiance is comfortable. The food isn't outrageously priced either.You can look at their menu through scanning a QR code and they certainly have a lot of options. From salads, to burgers and sandwiches, to pastas, and much more.My family and I came on a Sunday afternoon so they had their brunch menu available with items such as avocado toast and steak and eggs.I personally got the Pesto Chicken Sandwich ($17) with a side of waffle fries. I really enjoyed this fried chicken sandwich. It wasn't overly oily, but it was really crispy. The chicken inside was moist and the pesto complimented the sandwich well. The buns and bread they use is also really good quality. Also those waffle fries are amazing. Very crispy and well seasoned.Their steak and eggs that I stole off a family member's plate was also really good. Cooked perfectly medium rare and juicy while being very tender. I also heard the Caesar salad was amazing too. Especially the bread they use to make the croutons. My experience at Ripon Tap House was great and I highly recommend coming here. The restaurants in this particular area in Ripon really has some of the best food you can get in Ripon and really the central valley in general. Ripon Tap House is one of those standouts.

The Ripon Tap House is such an amazing addition to Ripon! From the moment you walk in, you can see just how much work and devotion they put into their establishment. As soon as you walk in, you feel how fun and welcoming it feels. The decor is very inviting and also honors Ripon at the same time. My wife and I frequent the Tap House at least once or twice a month. They have an awesome rotating tap selection and you can tell they go out of their way to make sure the beer and drink selections are unique and something the customers will enjoy. Whether you're looking for beer, cider, wine, cocktails, or great food, they have something for everyone. The staff is always friendly and I cannot express how welcome you feel as soon as you walk in the door. They also have trivia, bingo, happy hours and other events several times a month! Please do yourself a favor and check them out soon!

Where has this gem been hiding?! Seriously, Ripon Tap House, you've been holding out on us. We stumbled in here, and now my wife has decreed we're eating here weekly. I'm both thrilled and slightly concerned for my wallet.Let's talk about the food:   *   Gluten-free glory! The Arancini were so good I had to double-check they were actually gluten-free. Crispy, cheesy, and pure magic. The GF chicken strips? Unreal. My wife was basically tearing up with joy.   *   My braiaed rib sandwich? Perfectly smoky, tender, and left me in a blissful meat coma.Beer selection: solid, but let's diversify a bit. Give me a stout or a sour to keep me guessing! Oh, and can we talk sodas? Ditch the cans and get those babies on tap--it's in your name, after all!Bottom line: If you're looking for killer food (GF or not), great vibes, and a place to settle an argument over "what's for dinner," Ripon Tap House is it. as for Christian at the bar, she's wonderful tonight. They happen to be a party of 30 and they bought their kids all under the age of 12 very noisy so I'm not gonna judge them accordingly but I will judge service taste of food atmosphere because after a long day at work and you wanna come and have a drink and then come to a place with kids, you don't wanna deal with kids. You have kids at home but for some reason this family bought all the kids oh my God.

Love the beers on tap and they're always rotating. They have a good variety of ciders, wine, lagers, IPAs, and usually one stout on tap. The food is delicious, definitely get the fried pickles with the adobo chipotle sauce as well as the cheese curds. The food takes awhile to come out but that's ok if you're surrounded by good company and a good beer. The menu online does have a few more options but the servers are great at letting you know what you can customize with your burgers/sandwiches. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into their food and their service. The servers are all kind and will take care of you greatly. The taproom is very big and great for groups or small parties. It's a very pretty space and they have TVs and trivia night on certain days.

First time visiting and we cant wait to be back. We had our German Shepherd with us, so we chose to eat on the patio. Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Since it was our first time, I asked our waiter who was awesome, what we should order, we settled on Fish &Chips and nachos with braised short rib, OMG amazing foods. So much flavor.It was a great way to spend a Friday off from work and enjoying the tap house. Great food, staff and super pet friendly.

Amazing food and staff! The food is perfect and we also had mimosas! The place is so inviting and we took a lot of pictures because it's so instagram worthy! The staff are so nice and took pictures of me and my friends. The owner even checked on us and he was very nice. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.

We loved the food The service was on point! The Atmosphere was very nice. I believe there should be Options for Seating seriously The world is over 5 feet. Let's rethink this!

Hate to write a bad review for a new business but here we go....Checked out The Ripon Tap House as recommended by friends and unfortunately was not very pleased. The burger was very undercooked, ordered it medium and came near raw. We informed the waitress and her offer to reolve the issue was a few beers on the house. Not to have the food corrected. Another waitress stopped by and told us that was the second burger that came out raw. Beer selection is not large, nothing amazing to speak about. Chicken sandwich ordered was not cooked either, the breading was doughy and we didn't waste out time discussing that with the waitress. We wanted to pay for whatever and leave. I would love to meet the manager or owner and give this business another go. I will update review if offered the chance. As stated above, I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest in all my reviews. Good or bad.

Absolutely terrible service. Not that busy and we waited quite some time to be served cold food. No thank you.
