The young man making orders was kind and chill. The ambiance and environment is clean and tidy. I ordered the Heat Wave signature bowl, and it is spicy. Wooo! Definitely coming here again.

This brand new poke place just opened up in my area so I was very excited to take my parents for lunch. I will say it feels like they are still in the process of settling in because the walls aren't fully decorated or painted yet but the bathroom was nice and clean You order at the counter, I love that I can write down and build my own poke myself. It's easier that way and I see all the options. They are have a cool selection of drinks. Where it loses a star to me is pricing though. It's very expensive compared to similar restaurants in the area. There are a ton of people working so the food comes out fast. But there isn't much service. You just grab a table and wait. I liked my bowl, I think the ingredients were fresh and good quantity. Honestly too much to eat in one sitting but not enough for two meals. If it was a little cheaper I'd come back more often!

Maybe a little spendy for T-town, but if you're in the mood for fresh tasty poke with options (could have used less- lots to read thru and decide on) look no further.

Finally went to try this place. It's so close, I can walk over. My 2 kiddos and I built poke bowls and tried the smokey salmon roll. So fresh and delicious! It's just what we needed and look forward to when they open the second half of the restaurant! Tried the melon cream soda, mango cream soda and large strawberry ramune. Super friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.

First time trying this place I've always wanted to try a Poke bowl never have but I always pass through when going to work ! I finally decided to try it! It's sooo goood I can't wait to go back! It's so filling and they do not skimp ! A bit pricey but well worth it ! Mine had raw fish and no fishy taste at all ! Such an explosion of flavors and everything tastes so fresh! Will definitely be coming back!

WAAAAAAAY OVER PRICED!!!As soon as I saw their large poke bowls for $25. My instincts were to stay away. But I still wanted to see what it's all about.I got- 1/2 pound of Hawaiian poke $18.00- California roll with spicy tuna $9.95- 12 piece sashimi $26.95I even tipped 15% - my order was to goTotal I paid $68.xxI don't mind paying money for quality and quantity. This spot lacks both.I have never ever seen a sushi roll smaller than this one. Also never seen sashimi pieces so small @ $26.95 for sashimi I expect a solid cuts of fish.I was VERY VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTED.sorry but not coming back.

I've never had poke and decided to give this spot a try. It's cute, clean, and the staff are friendly with great customer service. I ordered The Heat Wave and it was delicious where has poke been my whole life? Give this place a try!

Arrived Tues for lunch on my first visit to RCAB. Plenty of open tables and a couple people waiting for take-out orders in this bright clean casual eatery. Plenty of poke selections, customizable and definitely delicious looking. Oh what to order...the friendly lady at the counter recommended her favorite Salmon Skin Rice Box. Salmon (sake) is my favorite sushi so this was an easy choice. The food arrived warm and inviting nicely presented in a styrofoam container. My salmon skin rice box was full of warm, crunchy & yummy salmon skin with bits of salmon meat seasoned and spiced just right; this is slightly spicy and I love spicy foods. My order had edame and plenty of white rice. I'm thinking that shredded nori (seaweed) would be a great addition. Overall, salmon skin rice box is my new favorite in Turlock, tasty, crunchy, filling and a good lunch/dinner value for the money serve by friendly staff. I highly recommend RCAB and the salmon skin rice box.

I decided to try their sushi and was pleasantly surprised. I always get my sauces on the side and didn't feel like it needed it. The panko shrimp adds a nice crunch to the rolls.

Great food the quality and freshness of the food makes up for the price. Service is quick and workers are nice. Nice and clean restaurant and bathroom, can't wait for the the new full menu and expansion.Bowl portions are enough for my big back behavior lol. I recommend the crispy salmon rice box and central valley roll. My new favorite poke stop
