The Q BBQ and More

I lived in the South for many years, so am always wary of California BBQ as it often disappoints, but this place was 5 stars. Very unassuming pop up set-up, but they know how to BBQ! Baby back ribs were mouthwatering and their tri-tip was cooked perfectly. The sides were delicious as well. My fav was the white potato salad. Everything was 5 star delicious!!!

BBQ specialists, they have a variety of your BBQ choices with Scrumptious sides to choose from. They keep there business professional with there honesty, and warm welcoming service. They keep it old school.

I was hesitant to try this place because they didn't have many reviews but In the end I'm so glad that I did!!! The ribs were tender but had the right amount of pull and flavor to satisfy that meat thirst....After diving into the ribs, and finding BBQ success, I thought the potato salad would probably be too sweet, like every other BBQ place, but nope. The potato salad was perfect. The sweetness, tanginess, and potato chunks melded perfectly together. This is by far my favorite BBQ place!
