The Pho

Such a big disappointment.I was in the mood for a quick to-go meal for the cold weather and this is the closest pho spot near me that I can order off GrubHub. By paying over $14 for a large bowl of Pho I would expect what it is described as. A large bowl of pho. Unfortunately, this was not the case and the whole meal seemed like a small. Compared to several other pho locations I have been to this was not a size large. There was more broth than noodles and I was able to eat everything in a few bites.Not only were there not enough noodles, but they only gave me two pieces of basil leaves. The lemons were super tiny too. While I was waiting for my food I saw the portions more standard when dining in. Customers should expect the same experience and portions at takeout. It seems they were being very skimpy and not providing enough care to people who dine out. I will not be back here unless they change their consistency and portion size.

Came here for a pick up order around noon time on a Sunday and the place was very spacious and clean. I ordered the vermicelli bbq beef. It came with an egg roll too! It was pretty good. This is my go to order for Vietnamese restaurants and this didn't disappoint however wasn't the best one I've ever tried.Service was really good as upon entering the place I was greeted.

Definitely a fast food pho place. Ordered online to go not only did I get a hair in my food but the bean sprouts looked less than desirable and that's being generous. The lemons had a brownish tint. The broth was good. That was about it. Had they taken the time to make sure their produce was at least fresh I'm sure they'd acquire more stars. Not even one green onion let alone maybe two pieces of white onion. Disappointed.

I've been coming to this phô place, last Monday I came... I tasted the soup (which is one of my favorite freebies ) differently... it's lacking its flavor, maybe the star anise or something makes it sweetly oriental flavor... the chicken looks smaller than the usual... I normally also prefer avocado with crystal boba, last time I, well second time in two weeks I came , no avocado :( . The younger server is sweet and the ambience still the same...

Walked in and was seated immediately. Ordered a Thai tea, deep fried shrimp rolls, and the #1 (small) .Food came out pretty quick. The Thai tea is pretty good, even without Boba (I know shame on me).Deep fried shrimp rolls were pretty darn good, hot crispy, and just as you'd expect them to be. The combo #1 was solid. Definitely not the best Phó I've had but far from the worst. The broth just needed a little hoisin and siriracha to bump it up a notch. This is one of those places with a fun name. I mean The Phó haha... Has a great name like Phó King (which is amazing btw) down in Monterey.I'll more than likely come back again to try their other phó options and/or grab some spring rolls after a Dr appointment across the road. Service was good, food filling and tasty. What is not to like?

The vegan pho is something I have ordered many times, but unfortunately, it seems to always be different? There used to be 3 types of vegan "meat" but now all that's left is the ham, and they still only put about 3 slices. It's a bummer. Food is inconsistent.

Service was quick. Food also came quickly. Why 4 stars? The broth is the typical standard mix I've gotten in Seattle, so if I'm having a massive craving for pho, then this will do, but it is ok, not excellent. The ambiance was really pretty with the chandeliers and lots of seating.

2.5 rating on the PHO. Had the #4, the broth left a lot to be desired wouldn't recommend for PHO or dishes . Reminds me of almost fast food PHO. My husband had the bbq chicken , nice color he said it was good just greasy . I ordered a drink , passion fruit green tea, delicious . Place is great for drinks not food.

I've been here a few times, but I was most disappointed my last visit. It is a nicely decorated space, and the atmosphere The Pho is trying to create is an upscale Vietnamese restaurant. We were seated quickly, but I was disturbed to see we were surrounded by uncleared tables full of dirty dishes. The dishes at the nearby tables sat there unattended almost the entire length of my meal. The workers seemed to just ignore the dirty dishes and pretended they weren't there. We ordered the fried tofu for an appetizer. It was all wrong. The breaded coating was so thick, heavy, and overpowering. When I took a bite, it felt like I was just eating greasy fried dough with a hint of tofu. I ordered the #2 pho with filet mignon and flank. The broth is pretty flavorful, but the meat was not good quality. I didn't like how the meat was all twisted and stuck together. They also give you lemon on the side not lime, which was untraditional. My Fiancé ordered one of his favorites - the bun bo hieu. He said it was not authentic (it is supposed to be spicy and it was not), and the broth was lacking flavor. The Vietnamese coffee was $6, seriously overpriced for the quality of what you get. My friend got the shaking beef for her meal. It was tasty and the beef was tender; however, it was too small of a portion to be considered an entree. Realistically, it would have been a small appetizer to split, and I wish we had been told that so she could have ordered something else. My friend was still hungry after eating that ridiculously small portion. Our waitress was also unhelpful and apathetic when we asked her questions about the menu. We left feeling unsatisfied with our meal and are not planning to return.

9/10. Workers were very nice. Large pho is big enough to feed three. Thai tea is perfect amount of sweet. Bbq short ribs rice plate is good portion for one was very good. Shrimp egg rolls had great flavor. Very welcoming and calm place.
