It's a cute little find and definitely worth seeking out. The girls there were extremely welcoming and helpful! They answered all my questions and made some recommendations as well. When you stop in for a smoothie, you also get an energizing tea with it! The smoothie was made with all fresh ingredients, and they have such a long list of flavor options! I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! The shakes are so good it is hard to believe they are so nutritious. Also the owner is very nice and very helpful. I wish her and this store the best and every time I am in Stockton I will be going there.

I love coming here before going to work or after leaving the gym! The location is super convenient since it's right across the street from in shape and planet fitness. I first came here a couple of weeks after they opened and have only had positive experiences! Everyone that works there greets you with a smile and are so nice and eager to help you with any questions you may have.If you haven't tried this place yet, you definitely need to soon!

Came here because my usual spot wasn't close or on the way to where I was going. The ladies were nice enough although pretty wrapped up in conversation with their previous customer. That's fine, you've been to one you've been to them all. All the order forms are similar enough. The shake was pretty good. Not as much flavor as I'm used too but good enough. Didn't have any powdery taste which is always good when ordering shakes like that. Overall if I'm in the area I won't hesitate to stop here and grab my tea and shake for the day. I did find a local meal prep place that was listed on their wall and I'm expecting my first delivery Sunday which I'm pretty happy about. Had I not went in there I would've never known there was a local meal prepPlace.

This shake is called Beach Bum and it was super yummy and fruity !! I love the atmosphere of the place and is definitely a go to place for Herbalife shakes !! The people are super friendly and helpful :)

Justine and her crew are the sweetest people ever!!! They are extremely knowledgeable and patient with newcomers like myself. I look forward to getting better aquainted with this place and really hope to see another location open up because I come from San Mateo just to enjoy their teas and shakes!

I love the orange Julius shake and the red starburst and watermelon tea with liftoff. It usually takes me a while to drink my shake, so I ask for the tea without ice and no extra water (so it's not watered down). I wish they-1) listed how many calories were in everything2) had gift certificates

I've been going to Empower Nutrition for about 6 months now & I absolutely love their shakes & teas. My favorite one is Cinnamon Toast Crunch & cranberry raspberry iced tea. It keeps me full and energized for the day. I love the atmosphere & their welcoming staff. Highly recommend!
