The Northern California Swimstitute

I have been using the Swimstitufe for several years and they're very affordable and accommodating with their schedule. The staff is friendly, restrooms and showers are clean, the showers always hot. (just wait a minute if its not immediately hot) The water is always crystal clear and never smells over chlorinated or irritates my skin or eyes. My only complaint is Omni volleyball next door often has tournaments and not nearly enough parking causing their participants to park in the swimsuits parking lot leaving no space for Swimstitute customers.

Horrible, sorry excuse for a business, staff is very rude and unfriendly. They refer to customers as "idiots and liars". An extremely rude employee advanced on my daughter and I for parking in the wrong parking spot on accident, traumatizing my child. Building smells like a toxic chemical factory, plenty other cheaper and cleaner options, place is disgusting. Do not give them business!

love swimming here , but getting too crowded forus lonely lapswimmers . too many huge outside classes , no roomfor meanymore unless i go to very off peakhours ..Todd needs to watch out for us because when these bigger corporations leave , we're stillloyalbut i get tired waiting 30minutes for a lane . some peoplewon't even split and it should be a requirements to split when it's busy . split by 2 not 3. one day a girl, slow girlexpected us to split into a 3 lapper , doesn't workunless you allare the same speed . Todd needs tomonitor the lanes a bit more and helpis who need helpgetting into a lane . one day a littleboys father expected his littleson to have the wholelane tohimself , noit wasn't a private lesson , just privelaged , sorry your son is nomichaelphelps .

I like to come here once in a while for a lap swim, perfect place to get one in! The staff is friendly, and since I'm an early bird, there are rarely large crowds of people!

Good place to swim. A little bit dark, pricey, and needs upkeep but one of the only pools in the area with deep end.

My daughter comes here for private swim lessons and I could not be happier! They are so helpful and flexible, and always willing to answer questions or concerns that you may have. Classes are on the pricier side, but definitely worth it for the one on one training you receive and the service that they give.After only coming a few times, I felt like all the staff knew who I was and was always accommodating to my schedule and tried to get to know me and my family. My daughters instructor is Megan, and we always try to keep it with her and she is extremely patient, professional, and sweet.Definitely would recommend this place to people who are looking to one on one lessons with top notch professionals.

The Swimstitute is the new Paradise Cove. I know one of the owners quite well and let me tell you he and his partner are motivated and dedicated to making this place THE place to be for swim instruction and training in the Sacto area. The pool is very nice with 8 lanes of lap swimming possible. It is fully indoors and the water temperature maintained at a balmy 85 degrees. There are ample locker rooms with showers. In addition to their bread and butter lessons, they offer lap swimming all day long, swim parties by reservation, and also recreational swimming for members at certain hours. They also have kayak and diving instruction at specific times, best to call and inquire.They are located next to the indoor soccer and trampoline place.I've had a good time everytime I've visited so far. The staff is friendly and helpful. Give them a visit, and tell them Anthony sent ya.(Disclaimer: yes I do know the owners, but the place still rocks)

This place meets my needs. The appt. system seems a little hairbrained--and the one Todd guy is pretty much yelling every second he's in there--nice guy but he just has one of those voices that is 10 x louder than it needs to be.

Trainers are awesome and my children enjoyed themselves. I thought 30mins for swim classes were short but my children were very tired after swimming lessons. Definitely will come back here!

Great place to learn to swim. My kids take lessons and have learned a lot. I like the website to schedule classes around my schedule
