The Key Guy Mobile Locksmith

Fast service. I needed a second key and remote for my daughters car. Was given various quotes, most either didn't have the remote, or wanted me to drive to Modesto. I live in Stockton, time is money. It was not worth the few dollars of savings to spend 2+ hours to get a key made.The Key Guy came to my place, made the key while I was working in the garage. I didn't have to take time out of my already busy day. Fast and efficient service. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

the gentleman on the phone was very unprofessional, and doesn't have any customer service skills, doesn't know where he services or not, asks you where you live 4 times and still don't know if he services in the surrounding area or not, has an attitude problem, honestly choose any other service but these guys, their horrible, claims someone cussed at him, i guess being called unprofessional and not understanding area codes will make someone upset.

Someone moved out and did not leave the key behind. The doorknob was installed upside down and they were able to pick the lock without destroying it. It went quick and smooth. He even showed up earlier than promised which was great!

I messaged the company via website to get an estimate to cut a key which is attached to the fob. A person called me from The Key Guy and was very rude and unprofessional as I told him I was looking for an estimate. I told him that I already had the key and fob and that I only need the key to be cut. He told me that he would not accept the key and fob that I already had. He quoted me around $400-$500. He told me if I was ready. I replied that I was looking around for the best price. He just cut me off and hung up...you need to built up your customer service skills!I end up calling the vehicle's dealer. They told me that the'll cut my key for FREE! The key guy I is just a rip-off

Don't even know where to start. At least he's prompt. He does not guarantee his work. He won't refund your money.. hell just blame you for whatever the reason is he can't program your car keys. I'm not sure how my car alarm and buttons worked before but now they don't. Just go to Honda or whatever your dealer is. At least if there's something else wrong they'll know what it is. He just kept taking guesses and saying it was my car. My old keys got burned I'm a house fire so my car was locked before he even started. Nothing wrong with it.

This owner is a joke. Your attitude is part of what we as customers look for when deciding to do business with someone, it's not just the profession.Someone highly recommended your work to me, which is why I called you first. I guess it's just not me, here is another bad review for someone just irritated about your attitude before even deciding to give you business.Customer service is part of the business, and I hope you realize the way you answer calls makes the biggest first impression for a mobile business.

Very fast service. I called 5 other locksmith around my area and was given a quote for $199 and up for them to come and The Key guy answered my call and gave me a very reasonable price and came to do the service within the next hour and half. I'm very happy with his service and would recommend

I called for the Key Guys services alittle under a month ago. He helped me get the keys out of my 2007 BMW out of locked trunk with the keys inside. I called 4 other guys to see if they can open my car. None were successful until the Key guy showed up. Fast, easy, and helpful. Thank you again!

this company is rude I asked If he can come do a service call on a vehicle he tells me yes and then proceeds to acting weird as if he doesn't want our business and instead of just letting me know he cant get it done he insults me by saying "I don't know what you got going on over there...." as if what I'm trying to have him come out for is illegal. I'm not tolerating no disrespect from this company he clearly got me messed all the way up.. As a business choosing to even do business with you i'm pretty much guaranteeing payment but this clown wants to be disrespectful instead of just turning the business down respectfully. I hope they go out of business and I will do my best to shit on them every chance I get. they earned a enemy today
