The Hotel At Black Oak Casino Resort

If you're looking for a quick getaway that is close to central California, Black Oak is a nice place to visit. It is a great place for adults and children. There is nothing spectacular about the casino floor as it is just like any other casino. I will say prepare to inhale a bunch of cigarette smoke. It seems like their ventilation system lacks as I felt the smell here is a lot heavier than other casinos. There is a nice pool/lounge area with a full bar and a cool big screen TV at the end of the pool. For the kids, they have a medium size bowling alley and arcade inside the casino/hotel. They recently added a building called Elevate, which is an indoor trampoline building. It is fairly large in size and will accommodate kids of all ages. They run specific numbers in time blocks to keep the occupancy to a minimum which is nice. The building also offers 2 axe throwing stations and 4 golf simulators. There is also a bass pond, basketball court & pickleball court and a pool/hot tub in the RV park, which is located just above the hotel.

Boyyyyy ohhh boyyyyy, what a treat y'all! Clean, new, amazing housekeeping staff, front desk staff, bellhops and management! This hotel is growing to add on almost 50 more rooms and the hotel is already very large, but so beautiful and spacious! The beds are comfortable, almost too comfy and you will consider extending your stay! Thankfully I do not live that far away and will be back over and over because of the top class service and kindness I and my family received while at this hotel! They just added a beautiful adult and children's pool and activities area. There are also 2 nice and fully stocked bars at the pool area. There is so much to do! You have the HUGE casino area, the bowling alley, the kids arcarde, the jump park, the RV park and sooo much more! You will find something for the whole entire family to enjoy. Besides, come get spoiled by the staff and amenities here at The Hotel at Black Oak Casino

I can se why their ratings are poor! We've been here several times for meals and activities. Our first time staying here was very disappointing due to the experience with their staff. A place like this should be all about ensuring an excellent customer experience, but very disappointing time here so far! What a bummer. It's important to treat your patrons well or they simply do not come back!

Is this really what I think it is??? If it is this is I refuse to step in the shower because I'm afraid of inhaling it. What happen BOC? I've been renting here for over 3 yrs and just now I'm seeing this??

Seven sisters was amazing the food was excellent and the service was excellent. Bring back the dress code reservations for booked and they still squeeze station thank you Black Oak seven sisters

this hotel exceeded my expectations! my husband & i travel to reno & las vegas often & this hotel may have been one of the nicest, as well as cleanest, hotels we've stayed at! we stayed in one of the spa suites & it was absolutely beautiful & cozy! i can't wait to go back!

Very clean. Nice rooms. No restaurant but casino nearby has ok food. Have to walk outdoors to casino and restaurant which is no fun in the rain. Soda machine had no products on our four day stay! Beautiful scenery abounds.

Christmas day. I get it...No one wants to work or be serving on this day.Everything was horrendous.From the hostesses to the management.Coffee had coffee grounds into floating around. Had to ask 3 times for water. Had to wait a long time to get our tag (that never came)She told us she was getting our tag, never returned. We went to pay and the red headed manager. Scoffed and scowled, where's you receipt?... we didn't even know where our server went to... She then ordered a women that knew little English to ask me 6 time which table did I come from only. For me to say right there 4 times. (Raising my voice to a shout)Merry Christmas...You all had one job.

BLACK OAK HOTELTHE GOODVery comfortable bed.Big shower, with good shower head and good pressure.Lots of big towels.The air conditioner / heater works good, and it's quiet.THE BADNo privacy door for toilet. Most casinos do have a door.

Stayed there with my husband it used to be good but last time we stayed they billed us for a hair dryer and a blanket. I am so upset we spent alot of money there and we do not steal things.
