I was with family last night and both girls are SOOOO RUDE!!! From pre-ordering to actually leaving the restaurant!!! First, she rushed us to take our orders. 2nd, she's giving us an impatient look while we were ordering: TAKE NOTE: we are a big group! We were 12 people and we needed to move tables and HECK we even WIPED it clean because these 2 SERVERS DID NOTHING!!! IT wasn't busy at all too! we even saw these older ladies had to clean up their own table too. My nephew tried ordering chocolate strawberries after ordering 4 deluxe crepes, and she said that "we can't do it since we're low on strawberries". Next, she kept saying "2nd deluxe order 2x" and we were not minding it since we didn't hear our names being called and all of a sudden, she looked at my nephew and said it again. It's like "girl, you asked for my name after paying and didn't even say it for us to grab our orders?!". Next was we asked for utensils because they didn't give it to us, they're not readily available too and when we asked for it she tossed it rudely! We didn't approach and complain to them about their attitude since we're afraid our orders would be spitted on. Lastly, upon leaving, (take note: we left the tables clean) but this curly haired woman server told my brother if he could fix the tables the way it was! It was too much unprofessionalism from these 2 girls last night and giving them the 15% tip right after paying was a BIG REGRET on my part. THEY don't deserve the tips at ALL!they deserve 0 stars for SERVICE!!!

Cute little hang out in the downtown area. The sandwiches are huge and deliciously well served. Lots of young kids hanging out and socializing.Also ordered some Taro Boba and the crepes that were so delicious. Good prices and fast service. Great place for lunch. Street parking available.

I really loved this place, it's really small inside but the food is amazing. I wanted something sweet and decided to try this place out from searching breakfast in Lodi. I came across this place and gave it a try from seeing reviews on the place. It earned its stars and I would definitely come back here.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, & finally we got to indulge! We got the Deluxe Crepe and Italian Sandwhich, along with a latte. Everything came out presented beautifully! The sandwhich had a good amount of meat and flavor was top notch! The crepe was the perfect amount of sweet and totally hit the spot! It was a little pricey all together, but they didn't hold back on the amount of food they give you, so that's a big plus! For us we just know it's more of a treat, than a regular stop! However, if we were just to go for coffee it's very comparable to the rest of the local coffee shops. The girls working had everything out in a pretty timely manner, and also helped with choosing the most popular items!

We get boba about once a week from various places around Stockton, Lodi, and Elk Grove. This place was not our favorite. It's definitely not a traditional bubble tea place. The drinks are different from any other boba shop we've been to. Service was good. I noticed they sell Costco blueberry muffins and some other yummy looking food items. All the tables and chairs seemed very clean. The lighting was great. The area where it's located is great. The experience was good but the drinks are seriously lacking. I was really wanting to like this place...

The vibes of the place are great to study or do art. The matcha and crepe are delicious! The owner is also open to feedback and remaking drinks to suite the taste of the customers. Outstanding customer service!

Not sure why anyone would want to "hang out" here!! I've tried this place 3 times and every time the service was horrible, the staff had zero personality and never welcoming. The pictures show crepes on a plate and coffee in mug. All 3 times I got the coffee and the crepe in a to go container for my dine in experience. No Christmas cheer tonight 12/21/24Y'all need to visit Ruby's to see what welcoming, fun, and cheerful service looks like
