The Greens Hotel On Stockton Blvd

The outside of this hotel is a little surprising. There is a large sign that says The Greens but then there is a metal gate that has no sign on it. It took us awhile to realize that you have to drive up close to the gate in order for it to automatically open. Once on the inside this is a cute, Spanish-decorated motel. Our room was clean. The beds are a little hard. There is not coffee in the rooms (and I am not sure if there is coffee in the lobby either). When our room got made up, the sheets were completely crumpled under the comforter. Also, the walls are VERY thin so if you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend. It was a bit pricey for what we got ($380 for two nights). There was a festival in town which drove the price up.

I am writing this review as I am staying at the hotel. Bathroom floor was wet and dirty when I got here. Towels were stained. Bed had hairs in it and the sheets clearly were not replaced from prior use. The people staying above me are loud and the walls are paper thin. I'd pay a little more for somewhere else and get a good nights sleep.

Stayed one night between dr appointment days. Checked in sixish and dark out. The gate really needs an instruction placard (pull close and wait). Checked in (with surprise refundable? Security deposit) and checked out room #129. The step up/down to enter/leave was tricky. Well signed but tricky. Clean, comfortable and retro cute. Firm yet Cody beds. Huge tv with many channels. Convenient usb plugs and desktop electrical. Great WiFi! Huge shower with not bad towels. Only a refer no microwave or coffee maker (there is a microwave and keurig in the lobby with costco pods). Gated and security fenced site. Very quiet at night. I will stay here again.

Warning: They gave someone I have had previous domestic violence issues with a key to my room. They never even checked with me if that was okay. He came in and assaulted me and vandalized my car on camera. I no longer felt safe so I asked for a refund very nicely. I didn't even blame them after the indecent happened, which was clearly their fault. They never refunded me. On top of it all they didn't even give me back my $100 deposit. Absolutely atrocious - will be taking legal action.

My daughter and I recently stayed here. The new owners bought a run down 40+ year old hotel and have completely remodeled it. They Are super nice and professional. The hotel is now clean, comfortable and quiet. Located in an interesting location and The rooms are a tad small but like I said clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us this direction.

First, I would like to start off by saying the staff here is amazing and so helpful upon arriving. I was a little skeptical because of the area, but the hotel is gated and they have a 24 seven watch all throughout the night and day, which makes me feel a lot more safe. it's very quiet at night not too loud, the rooms and the bed nicely set up. I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up booking another night just because it was such a great experience. The hospitality is amazing. The rooms are cleaned very well. The TV selections are amazing. Not too many hotels have fire sticks, and this location, definitely aims to please. If you are looking for a nice hotel just to get some good rest and relax. I definitely recommend coming to this place. They do not disappoint.

We previously stayed at the Greens hotel in Del paso a couple years ago but it was closed for years for remodeling. We learned that they had a second location which was this location and decided to book here. I booked a king bed room but when checking in , we had a 2 full sized bed instead. Bathroom smelt like cigarettes. Floor was dirty, like no one has swept or mopped. Fridge smelled. We inspected the room and behind the mirror, there was a cockroach! We definitely felt disgusted after finding that. We should have looked at the reviews before booking rather than going based on our experience at the other location. After some research, we learned that the greens hotel had a new owner and that's why they were remodeling . For $70 , what do you expect . It was a learning lesson for us , to always do our research prior to booking.

experience ever I showed up to get my gate for me. I knocked and knocked and knocked on the lobby door with myself and my child. Nobody door. We had no places to stay. They already collected the money and would not provide a cancellation or give me my hotel room. The area was horrible and I was stuck outside with my child with nowhere to go... When I called to ask if they could the money the next day when they finally the phone after about 20 times of and nobody answering, the guy yelled at me and told me that I was never there

Horrible staff communication star was very rude and said she is the manager asked if I could get someone above her to call me she said yes when I can at his earliest convenience and she was very rude about it. I didn't ask her anything about my personal self. She assumed I did and she assumed I booked with Expedia and I told her I did not. She kept saying I did because that's what she sees and I kept telling her I did not, and I offered to send a screenshot of who I booked with. It was a horrible conversation not pleasant at all. She was very, very rude

Im not sure if we just got a horrible room or what but let me tell you, not even a motel 6 could be this bad. The room itself was dirty, it looks like it was never cleaned after the previous guests left. The bed was made but the sheets had hairs from what i can assume was previous guests. The floor was dusty and had crumbs and long strands if hair. The bathroom was not clean at all, in fact it looked like someone took a number 2 not that long ago in it. The floor once again still covered in hair and dust. I would also like to mention the furniture was also super bad. There was dust on everything, the tables had paint that was peeling off and it just was not what we expected. The pictures on the website might be from fully restored rooms but this wasn't it. I don't think they should have let guests stay in non restored rooms. I hope they can improve the rooms and leave guests with better experiences.
