The Elks Tower

The Elks was the perfect venue for our anniversary party for 200 people. I wanted a beautiful, special place and when I saw the Elks 2nd floor ballroom, I knew I found the right location. I felt confident after reading the reviews that this was a good choice and I agree with the main points: 1. The event coordinator, Sabrina, was wonderful to work with.2. The guests raved about the food, especially the prime rib sliders.3. Everything went smoothly, they are pros.

We were at a company holiday party at the Elks Tower. It is a gorgeous building, both outside and inside. Built in the 1920's it has a similar style to the Library and Courts Building a few blocks away (where I used to work at the California State Library.) The event was held in the ballroom on the second floor. From the second level (which is reachable by elevator though we took the stairs) the ballroom is about five steps down. If you attend an event at the Elks Tower, make sure to look up to see the ornate ceiling (as well as the walls)The bathrooms had plenty of stalls for the number of people and were very nice and more importantly clean and well stocked.I'm not sure if the food was catered by the Elks Tower but it was really good.It was a challenge getting there. We took the Tower Bridge from Davis and planned to go down 5th street to J but apparently there was an event at the Golden 1 Center so 5th street was closed as was a number of other streets downtown. We were detoured and delayed, but eventually got to our destination just as my husband's boss' boss arrived. Great timing.We parked at the City lot on 11th. We took the stairs down from where we had parked and ended up on 10th street by mistake so had to walk up J Street to 11th and over. There were a number of homeless tents lined up on 10th street but no one bothered anyone.

We hosted our wedding here and I have to say it was amazing. The staff were great and treated us amazing. Sabrina and Rachelle made sure our wedding went well. Great venue! Great staff!

I want to thank Sabrina and her team for a phenomenal job. Everything was perfect and prompt. She is a Rockstar and I appreciate having the opportunity to work with her. I chaired a symposium at the Elks Tower. Food was good service was excellent and the Sabrina managed the the event successfully with a smile. The venue was charming and special. The 1926 building is authentic and unique compared to modern hotels and convention centers.

This event was in the Elks Lodge Ball Room and it's emphasis is a charitable endeavor with a special guest speaker's presentation Heart Health Awareness, and it is used to raise money and awareness for this ffoundation.(2) Vyven's 50th Bday BladeRunner Party & Movie Tribute is an example of the muses conspiring to bring very cool events together in close proximity, and so the BladeRunner party was in the Penthouse. My wife Mary and I selected the Elks Tower Ballroom as the venue for our wedding reception. The entire experience leading up to and during the reception vastly exceeded our expectations! This is in no small part due to Kristine Ayers, the Ops Manager for the Elks who we primarily liaised with. Kristine is pleasant, punctual, and professional; moreover, she pushed hard to make our various requests for the reception a reality at every turn, which was a huge relief and validated our choice of the Elks Tower for our reception. Kristine is wonderful, but so is the Elks Tower itself! We wanted a Gatsby-esque/art deco aesthetic for our reception, and the Elks Tower Ballroom was the perfect, elegant venue to make that possible. What's more, the Elks Tower is able to provide many beautiful vendor items effortlessly, which simplified the planning process. We were thrilled with our wedding venue at Elks Tower Events. Throughout the planning process, Sabrina and her team were extremely responsive, answering all our questions promptly and helping guide us through decisions with their expertise.On the big day everything came together beautifully - the ballroom looked gorgeous with the lighting and decor, and all the behind-the-scenes coordination went off without a hitch so my husband and I could relax and enjoy celebrating with our guests. Having the catering and day-of coordination included in the venue package was such a help. We truly appreciated Sabrina and the Elks Tower staff making our wedding day stress-free and magical in their lovely, all-inclusive venue. It was a beautiful 'one stop shop' that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them!

We had our wedding at the Elks Tower in September 2023 and we were extremely happy with our experience. First of all, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Kristine, Sabrina, and the staff were very helpful and cooperative and Food was delicious! We were worried about few items but thank God it was all just perfect. We had about 240 guests and we were worried about the venue being too congested with not enough dancing space but that was no issue at all. We thought the lighting might be a bit too dim but it was also just right. On top of all that, Sabrina, our event coordinator who was there during the set up and the wedding day was out of this world. She went above and beyond to make everything we wished for possible. She's extremely helpful, patient, and it's easy to say she does her job with love and care for the clients.

We came here for a med school ball and it was a great venue. Super clean and welcoming to all the students. The staff, especially Sabrina, was super helpful in setting our event up and it was all a success!! Love how close it is to downtown Sacramento
