Ms Amanda would let me cuddle him in the play room until he was calm but if he cried when I walked she'd hold his hand and show him toys

As a mom with over 20 years and education, finding the right daycare for my two toddlers was incredibly important to me. We've been attending for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My 3.5-year-old is thriving, learning her letters, shapes, and colors, and has developed important school readiness skills. My two-year-old is equally engaged, and I absolutely love the daily updates I receive from his teacher. The communication is fantastic, with pictures and details of him, having fun and learning throughout the day, which is such comfort as a full-time working mom, but my children look forward to attending every day, and as a parent, that piece of mind is priceless.

My children love their teachers, the staff is very supportive, and Tyanne Smith does a fantastic job running the Campus Downtown. My children have food allergies and require medication on an as needed basis; I never worry that my kiddos aren't getting the attention they need. I love the app used by the school to post pics of my kiddos in activities, or get info on their naps and meals in real time. I have been using the Campus Downtown for 3+ years and have had zero concerns; the school communicates frequently throughout the day, and the staff really try to get to know my children's needs and personalities. No regrets

The guy that runs the place was great, the star is for him. While I was there for a tour I witnessed a staff member grab a little girls arm roughly and shake it over nothing big that I saw. I watched as the little girl sunk her head down while standing in a line full of kids behind her watching. It was very strange. I wasn't into it. I abruptly ended my tour as I had an icky feeling after & reported it to the guy giving me the tour. He seemed to acknowledge it, disappointed, and said he would talk to the staff member about it. He said they'd been having staffing issues...Hopefully they're able to replace that employee or provide some serious training.

When Covid hit, I thought childcare was not an issue since my daughter at that time was attending a private daycare and my sons school had child care. However, shortly after I discovered my son would not return to school and my daughters daycare was closed until further notice. Unfortunately, since I'm an essential worker and taking a leave of absence from work was not an option for me, I googled many daycares, but this one caught my eye. Not to far from work. So I made the call and im glad I did. I can't remember the ladies name but she was nice and very informative. A day went by and then I received a call from Erwin, later had a tour and OMG! I loved their campus and that night I kept telling my kids I think mommy found a new daycare for you. By day 3, my kids were enrolled. I was set ! So I thought. Then came August, back to school for my son and unfortunately since he is school age at that time there was no one at the campus to assist with distance learning. A month went by and it worked out for us !! For that I am forever thankful for !! My diva daughter loves !!!! LOVES!!! Her school as she calls it since she thinks it only belongs to her, she looks forward to seeing Miss Lischia and the treasure box lol. My son also loves it and enjoys his time there. Recently, Thursday January 21st,2021 as usual I ask "how was school" and my sons responded "mom!! Today was amazing it was the best day of my life !! Miss Tyanne took us outside and she played with us and she was running mom it was amazing " My heart melted, just seeing his face and his expressions over Miss Tyanne's interaction was simply the best !! Sorry for this long review but there's so much more I have to say but for now this shall do. Highly recommend The Campus Downtown

This program is amazing, and the owners are very nice and professional. My son loves the toddler group and the caretakers always have a note about his day when I pick him up. Shoutout to Ms. Amanda, who handled my son's morning tears while he transitioned out of in-home care to the Campus Downton. They have a commitment to hygiene and have adopted practices in the facility to stop the spread of COVID and other germs (as much as they possibly can when it comes to littles). The building is secured and accessible by passcode only. I love that feature. They also have a lot of cameras on a closed circuit system so the images are secure and accessed only in cases of emergency. Ervin and his family have been using this time of quarantine to update the rooms with fresh paint, new furniture, and a new hand washing station in the lobby. They've done it all themselves and I really appreciate an entrepreneurial family who comes together to work.

I've been touring places with my family and friends since I work in early childcare. We went here once last year and it was a terrible mess. Nobody knew what the other was doing. Took 15 minutes to get someone to answer the door. Parking was terrible. Anyways, on to the present time! The staff was knowledgeable, kind and seemed to love their job. The place had SO MUCH potential and even the before and after already is amazing. The place is definitely unique and you should definitely check it out. Not sure where my friend will be enrolling yet but if she chooses one near her job I recommend the campus!

Went by here for a tour for my child and all I can say is I'd NEVER consider this place. It's not even just the location but the pick up/drop off is terrible. No space to park. Phone lines were down that day we went and it took 15 minutes to get in the door. The back "playground" is nothing but a small concrete space and some fake grass. It backs up to an alley full of dumpsters. Homeless and who knows what else is out there. I have a heart and compassion but it's just not something that young children should be exposed to. It smells horrible throughout the whole building. A child was crying and they made her sit in time out because she was "new" and wouldn't try a bite of food they insisted she try. Now, what kind of punishment is that? And to tell a parent something along the lines of "oh she's just throwing a tantrum"... Well comfort her if she's new. That's just upstairs... Downstairs reminds me of a basement/jail cell. Or at least how I imagine jail cells. They are painted concrete walls. There's no air down there. It's just unexplainable. The stairs for the little ones to go down are dangerous. Even stinkier than upstairs down there. The only plus was the lunch area. It was cute and clean. I know we need to bring business to downtown Stockton and we as a city want to beautify it but somethings are better left to nicer areas. They have a door buzzer they leave right in the front of the place so if someone watched enough they'd be able to get it. It's absolutely ridiculous. Katie was nice but they are making so many changes and pushing for things that they aren't sure will actually happen it adds to the uneasiness of everything else going on. Stockton keeping it classy as always, there was a man in front trying to roll a blunt. I mean right in front of the door. Just no. Convenience of being close to where you work downtown is nice BUT nope. I think there are much better and more affordable options.

The parking not the best but the education the kids receive is great they really learn in the morning! They are going through some changes but good changes that can only make the place better. I definitely recommend to take kids here because it's also just a great learning experience for them!
