The Bounce Place

Recently had our daughter's 4th birthday there. And for 8 years now we have had parties at other play places around the bay area and this is by far the best.The staff was so helpful. They allowed me to set up earlier since they didn't have a party before and didn't rush us out during clean up. The space is perfect for kids to burn their energy and then come to the party room. The only bathroom is inside the party room, so private for events.

This place is located right in front of Target which makes it super easy to get to. My daughter is 3 years old, so we stayed in the toddler section. At first glance, this place has chairs everywhere which I love and the set up is great. They even have massage chairs that you can use (by paying) while the kid plays. Everything was fine, until my daughter invited me to play with her. I realized how dirty the toddler section was. I saw dust balls and hairs all over. Aside from that, this place seems like a nice place. They even offer free WiFi.

We were invited to a birthday party, and the place was extremely dirty. I understand it's a 'play place' for kids, but even the birthday room was unclean. Considering that people pay extra to rent the room, I expected better. I was also concerned about safety--there were various chemical items left in the bathroom, and kids were using it. I don't think I'll be returning, but I strongly urge you to clean and maintain the space properly.

A fun place for the little ones to come to - they have several, large jump houses for the kids to play around in as well as a separate area for the younger kids and a mini obstacle course in the back. It wasn't super busy when we came by so there was no concern of kids getting in each others' ways. Some cons:* No bathroom onsite* The front desk lady lacked customer service - she looked like this was the last place on earth she wanted to be and was performing the bare minimum of her job.

This review is for the management. Given that we went on a weekend, I was expecting some sort of chaos but it was a little more than expected.The place was not being cleaned often even though there was heavy traffic. I went with my 11month old and we were only in the little kid area. Here is where the main problem happened...There were kids older than four years old running, playing rough and hitting other children in that play area. Their parents where on their phones not paying attention at all. At some point the activity blocks were dragged into the play house by a group of older kids making it inaccessible to little ones. I personally stepped in to get the block out so my baby could play but the kids did it again and their parents just sat there on their phones. While I COMPLETELY understand that the parents are responsible for kids, if the play area/facility rules are being broken (like 4+ age kids in a area specific for children below 4year old) then the management should step in and ask parents to take their children out! Don't recommend this place- sorry it's not very clean and no one is running this place like a civilized play area for kids.

Have's been here for a long long time since Pandemic. Once we come back here, staffs are still friendly as before. The bounce houses are clean, large and diverse. Kids have so much fun and adults have enough space and time while waiting for the kids. There is also Wi-Fi provided. Would definitely come back.

This place has added a little two story obstacle course in the back which is a pleasant surprise. Everything else is pretty similar. Things have changed up a bit since we last came. There are no more birthday passes (they had free birthday jumps before) and parents can't accompany their child in the jump house. I remember before I would be able to be with my kid and it wasn't a problem. Now they have added these new restrictions. With the prices raising up this year, it was a surprise to see them not let parents accompany their kid in the bounce areas even with there is no other kid around. It was unfortunate to hear no more birthday jumps. Not the best $15 spent, but if your kid hasn't been before, maybe it's worth it once.

I visited for the first time yesterday for 1.5 hours. Staff was friendly and my kids had fun. While we were there, a child pooped directly on the floor and another child threw up in an air jump.

I book a private room for my son's birthday here. The price is reasonable and the staffs are nice and helpful. My son had so much fun to play there. Highly recommended to celebrate kids party here.
