Carlos was extremely easy to work with, always responding very quickly and able to work with all the complexities of working with a company - insurance, vendor registration, strict budgets, changing requirements. The happy hour itself was beautifully set up and the drinks were delicious. Thank you Carlos and team!

Great company, quick communication. The process was seamless and included a site visit before the event. Shawn was our bartender and he arrived on time, ready to go. Very professional and it was nice not having to clean up after!

Hiring The Bartender Company for my husband's 40th birthday party was one of the best decisions I made! The process was seamless from start to finish Ariella was so responsive, planned and customized our bar menu, and Shawn was an awesome bartender day of. He was friendly and kept the drinks flowing all night. It took a lot of stress away from me to know The Bartender Company was taking care of all the drinks, ice, cups, etc. And the signature cocktails were delicious! Fresh squeezed juices, garnishes, they were perfect!

I have had the Bartender Company serve at 4 house parties now, and they've done an amazing job each time.--Bartenders themselves have been personable, friendly, reliable and efficient. And, all have been highly-skilled mixologists.--Coordination has been excellent on thinking through drink selections, locating the bar, visiting the site ahead of time to plan the event.--Set up and clean up have been fast, tidy and complete.--Quotes have been reliable and price reasonable.--Barware, glassware, serving area are top notch and look great.All my experiences have been with the bar situated outside or on a porch, and while I'm sure they're pro on inside the house set ups, the back bar area tends to be large, in my experience. Something to consider if planning an indoor location.

We hired The Bartender Company recently for a house party and could not have been happier with their service! Shawn showed up on time (even a little early!) and was set up and ready to go in advance of the party's start time. He was professional, friendly, personable, and did a fantastic job providing drinks to our guests throughout the evening. Everything was seamless on our end and helped make our event a wonderful evening with no stress. Will definitely be using them again in the future!!

Jordan bartended at our corporate event at Residence Inn in Walnut Creek. She was super personable and asked thoughtful questions about our organization. She was a delight and made the event even more enjoyable. We would definitely use the Bartender Company again and request Jordan to be our bartender.

Sean and Jordan were amazing and if you want your party catered right I would recommend them every time! The made my mother in laws 60th worth while! Thank you guys so much for doing such a good job !! Will hire again !

What a straightforward and easy experience. Ariella was so helpful with the whole process, answering questions left and right since this was my first time booking with them. On the night of, Shawn was professional and had a great vibe with my Tarts de Feybesse team as well as the guests. I will definitely recommend him in the future. Thank you Bartender Company! Everything was top notch!
