The Balloonery

This is a great balloon place. I have been here twice to buy a bouquet of balloons for someone's birthday. They have a wide selection of balloons, ranging from birthdays to gender reveal, bereavement, and get well soon. They have everything streamlined for the most part. The large mylar balloons are fixed on the wall, and for the latex balloons, you can choose how many you want (the price for the # of balloons you want is on the counter). The price of the balloons is on the pricier side, but it is to be expected for a specialty store. The balloon quality is great. The staff is overall friendly and helpful, and when it came down to my indecision about what color balloons to get, they stepped in and helped me out. My first balloon bouquet consisted of 2 numbers, 3 latex, and 1 small mylar for $54.28. They lasted for 3 weeks. This second balloon bouquet consisted of 6 mylar balloons and 1 large mylar balloon $40.22. They are still holding strong a week later. I like this place and I will be coming back when in need of more balloons.

Not a great selection. Was looking for Elmo birthday but they had none . This giant head was available.. A ballon popped when I got to the house not even 5 min . There was a hole on top of the latex balloon . Then 6 hours later when I took it to my nieces party .. the Elmo popped as I walked out the door . What kind of shit is this ? $31.50 later down the drain . I'm calling in the morning for a refund. This is ridiculous ! *******update *** very thankful for the manager stepping in and replacing my balloons . I brought them in and to my surprise I must have caused a hole in the eye .. per the argumentative worker who decided to gaslight this whole situation, in a very condescending manner. I should have read prior reviews, I will never come back here or recommend to anyone . The worker was rude and vile and had to be right . You win sis ! You lost my business and I'm sure with your attitude you will lose many more !!! Thank you manager for making it right ! Please show the rest of your employees what good customer service should be like ! This business must be new owners or management because this store is not the same !

Younger cashier with red hair very polite and sweet great employee. Older short pudgy woman with grey and black hair very rude and snobby, could've been more polite and friendly. Over priced for just filling baloons with helium.

I used to love shopping here, but this is the SECOND time that I've visited this business and noticed how other patrons were greeted friendly and were accommodating by asking if they needed help. Not me. I suppose the color of my beautiful dark skin is not welcome. Hey black girl, don't shop here. #smallbusiness #blackownedbusiness #shopelsewhere

I have visited this location twice to get balloons for two different birthday events! The first time, I got a balloon arch for my 32nd birthday! The arch turned out beautifully and although it was a little on the pricy side the customer service and experience was worth it.More recently, I went to purchase balloons for my daughters 9th birthday. Going into the store I was not quite sure what I wanted to purchase but the displays are so beautiful it makes it easy to start forming ideas. They were helpful and prompt with assisting me and getting the balloons together just like I envisioned. I will definitely visit again in the future when balloons are needed as well as recommend this business to friends and family.

I lived in Stockton for over 20 years and never knew this place existed. Right when you walked in, it's busy.. not human busy but with stuff. Anything and everything from ballonary, ribbons, clips, etc.. It's all there. The ladies in the store were helpful and super quick. Price range I felt like the same as if you went to Party guy. Try it out. It's cute, small, and full of options.

All of the workers were sweet and helpful in getting my balloons filled with helium! After 2.5 weeks, balloon is still holding up.

Excellent customer service and they do beautiful top-notch work! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Punctual with delivery and setup and reasonably priced. They made our event even more special. I highly recommend!
