We are regular customers at the Alley and have noticed management change. I would say, this is one of the best bowling alley but recently I feel this place does not meet my expectations. And few issues need to be addressed. First of all, the bathrooms are stinking from outside. By the way, we were there right when this placed opened on Sunday at noon. This is not the first time we've experienced bathroom stinking so much. Today the floors were incredibly sticky. Another major concern is the lack of accessibility compliance with the screens for viewing the scores. They change the color of screen when the time is about to end. For estimated 15 minutes, it was neon screen and hard to view the count down of the timer and scores. I hope the management takes steps for cleanliness and accessibility. My family enjoys the bowling alley, I just hope next time it's better experience.

This place has so much potential and it's a shame management doesn't do better. We were here on a Sunday afternoon with our family, about 15 and I noticed several issues. From the beginning, the customer service counter only had 1 attendant, working both the check ins, shoes, returns, and checkouts of kids balls/ramps. Our bowling lane had 2 malfunctions with the pins, luckily we had prompt service. The couch on our lane was horrible, if you sat down, you immediately sunk in. The restrooms were horrible, smelly, needing toiletries, a mess everywhere. Then we tried ordering a soda, were told to order from the QR code but that didn't show any sodas, so I had them show me how, and then they realized it wasn't possible so they sold it to me. Why didn't they do that from the get go? Then the soda machines didn't have enough ice. The one thing we did like was the food. The food was actually pretty good! We had fries, onion rings, sliders, chicken tenders and a few other items. Like I said, this place has so much potential, and I hope management decides to invest more in this establishment.

The good: The establishment is huge, and has alott of activities for both kids and adults. Has 2 full bars. Price to reserve the party/event rooms was very affordable. The bad: The service and food when you reserve any of the party/event rooms were not good at all. Lighting was too dim. Projection TV was not functional so that my guest can watch the NFL wildcard games. Food was way too expensive, and was not good at all.Summary: If you reserve any of these rooms, it is good to simply rent them without the food. The food is really expensive, and not good at all. The rule states that you cannot bring any outside food or beverages, and you can only order food through their menu. If that's the case, then they'd better make sure the food quality is really good. Because right now, it's not worth the money. It's a cool place to hangout though. But that's about it.

I like the online priority list registry and how convenient it is during busy days. It cost $82 for a two hour one lane reservation up to 6 players with shoe rental after military discount. The price is reasonable, plenty of parking and lots of other activities to do within the facility which includes arcade and axe throwing. We ordered our bar food through the QR code; food was brought over to us. The negatives - 8 pound bowling balls are limited, lanes 5 and 6 seems to have a broken system where the balls takes 3-5 minutes to spit out, my party and the party next to us pressed the help button and no one assisted us. The other family went to the front desk for assistance. The shoe rentals are in need of a replacement since many looked heavily damaged and the laces are broken.

The Alley is pretty unique in terms of their offerings. They have a full bar, bowling, arcade, and axe throwing. I was excited to have a family game night here. Upon arrival we were kindly helped by the front desk staff. They got us started quickly considering our large group. At the bar, the staff wasn't as welcoming. They were pretty short and never offered a smile. When we received our drinks, some of them were not filled to the brim, and some were (even as they were the same order). My mom ordered a fountain cup for ice (they charge for ice) and then when she tried to get ice from the self-serve fountain, it was out of order. She had to go back to the bartender and ask them again for ice. We ordered hummus, loaded fries, and wings. The loaded fries were very disappointing. It was mostly fry with a tiny bit of shredded cheese melted on top. The hummus and pita were pretty good, the flavors were very predictable. Overall, I would recommend eating somewhere else beforehand, as the prices were pretty expensive for very simple flavors. The bowling ball selection was very limited. We had to walk around all of the lanes to find balls that were nine to ten pounds. We had our two lanes for two hours. We experienced technical difficulties (pins not resetting) three times. Staff usually were very quick to help. We did have to ask for them to extend our time, because they once took 8 minutes to get to our lane. They gladly extended it to make up for the loss. All in all, it's a decent spot for bowling. The service and food could be improved upon.

Let me start by saying the only reason we're leaving a 4-star review is because of Justin the manager and Maria. Recently, we had a very disappointing experience with a rude bartender who skipped over us about five times. Even the people sitting next to us noticed. After waiting at the bar for 15 -20 minutes, my husband politely asked if we could be served next since our bowling time was running out. When we approached Debbie, she got upset with us, which was surprising. Thankfully, Justin stepped in and took care of us immediately, as he always does. We visit regularly and have never encountered anything like this until tonight. We're grateful they have Justin and Maria to handle things.

I recently visited with my family and was shocked by how dirty the kids' play area was. They have soft play and an obstacle course for kids, which could have been fun, but the cleanliness was seriously lacking. First of all, the rules clearly state that kids need to remove their shoes when playing on the equipment, but I saw several kids and even parents walking around on the mats with shoes on. The young lady in charge seemed more interested in her phone than in enforcing the rules or maintaining the area. The equipment itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there were visible holes in the walls, giving the place a really tacky appearance. It's disappointing that a place designed for children is so neglected in terms of hygiene and upkeep. The only saving grace was the food. The chicken wrap and lemon pepper wings we ordered were actually really good. It's a shame the play area didn't match the quality of the food. I hope management steps up and makes some improvements!
