Taste of Texas Catering

You absolutely cannot find better, Brisket, Pulled Pork or Sausage off the grill! Even Milt's Potato Salad was home made with farm fresh eggs from his ranch! We enjoyed home made Cole Slaw, Mac and Cheese, the Potato Salad and the best BBQ I have ever tasted in a back yard for a graduation party in June and Milt's Taste of Texas Catering was grilling the entire time and keeping up with all the second, third and yes fourth helpings for those that could manage. I asked the host for a ball park figure if I were to entertain the same amount of guests some time (30) He said, "You know, not enough! I am going to pay a little extra, this was less money than the Taco Cart we did last year." I couldn't believe him. I dont really entertain all that much but I feel obligated to treat my friends and family to Milt's Taste of Texas BBQ it was that good I am now planning a summer shin dig! I wrote this two weeks after the party and I am still telling fiends how great it was!
