Talk about a great experience. This has to be one of the best food trucks I've been to in the valley. Like top 3 food trucks.First off, the people are super chill and very passionate about what they serve. That's already setting the mood right. It's a food truck but they still have seating right next to it with a little screen window to overlook the customer. I'm sitting there eating and the guy asks me if everything is good, I said it sure it, I'm loving it.I ordered their 3 Quesabirria tacos that comes with consome. I also order a Cucumber Lime Agua Fresca. When I say these are the best birria tacos I've ever had, I mean it. So much flavor, the right amount of cheese, and that consome juice dip was so good! Seriously, I drank every last drop of that consome. Loved the agua fresca to wash it all down. By the time I'm on my third taco, I'm already stuffed but I just can't stop eating them.Honestly, I highly highly recommend this food truck.

These were the yummiest quesadillas I've tried in Merced. The truck is tucked in between two businesses on Main Street with plenty of on site and street parking available. They have plastic tables and shade for folks who want to eat there, or they also accept call in to go orders.

- The menudo had great flavor but the meat was a little too chewy for my liking. It came with hand-made tortillas + the usual fixings. - Ordered the sopes with asada and it was good! The rice and beans were just ok. - Quesabirria tacos were great. Not too salty or anything. The consome was a little spicy and the salsas were good!The girl that took orders was super friendly!! They had chairs and tables with a canopy for shade. Will definitely go again

Decided to try this spot on a whim, and I'm so glad that I did! The food has really good flavor, portions and prices! I was impressed with the wet burrito, the sauce is perfect, not too spicy or overpowering. Customer service was great for pickup and she even called back to confirm the order. The location is conveniently placed downtown, with plenty of parking. Can't wait to return!

My friends and I stopped here on our way to Bass Lake and had the best taco truck experience ever. The food is all home-cooked and prepared with incredible taste. The pork Al Pastor is particularly delicious. Tortillas are amazing as well as the pickled carrots. And the crew was super friendly.I just so wished those guys were closer to home

Hands down the best Mexican food in Merced (aside from Danny's Tacos) that I've had so far. Their breakfast burrito bowls go crazy! For an out of towner, this spot should have a permanent location over some of the other food places here in Merced. Customer service on point too - very friendly staff. Love every time I eat here!

I kept seeing Gracians on IG and decided to give them a try. When I arrived there was a pretty good line nonetheless the lady that took my order was so nice and courteous. We ordered the munchie box and some asada tacos. Our order was ready in less than 10 minutes and they threw in extra salsas without even asking! The tacos were good. Asada was flavorful and they had good amount of meat and came with the usual onion, cilantro, salsa, and lemon. But the showstopper was definitely the munchie box! The fries were were loaded with everything but my fave was the rolled tacos! They were filled with shredded chicken, chunky guac, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese, and mex cheese to top off! They were so damn good, crunchy, and flavorful and only $10!! So glad we tried them out and keep up the good work!

Great food. Tacos with the grilled onions were amazing. Service was fast and friendly. A must try spot.

Great food and service. Tried a California Burrito for the first time, fantastic. Chicken tacos were fantastic. It's just around the corner of Sensory Lab, it's a great reward after a study session.

Breakfast bowl with chorizo was outstanding, and the service was super friendly. I highly recommend.
