Taqueria Manteca

OK, I am back at this place to check it out again. First of all I like to see the ambience and the overall feel of this place is very nice. They have updated and made a new little bar area. That is very nice. The food as usual is very good And I will make sure to put pictures up so you can see service is always great as usual this little hidden gem is a great pace to come and look at. If you are close to this area, you must come check this place out overall we will be back again. Check out the pictures.

Food is terrible! Extreme low quality and taste like shit!They follow instructions like a fucking cat. Don't waste one penny, not worth even bringing open for business.

It's a Tuesday and you're feeling like tacos, but don't wanna break the bank. This is a good place to go. The food is solid, not exceptional and the price is right at only $2 a taco on Tuesdays. They're the small street tacos, I get three for total of $6 and it's filling with the chips and salsa. Way cheaper than cooking with no mess!If I were to rank the meats from what I've tasted, the best is the chili Verde followed by the Al pastor, Carne asada, carnitas and the shredded chicken is blah. I've tried the tamale, but don't recommend it, they're deep-fried and hard. After that experience, I just stick to the tacos.My in-laws have been coming here for years.

I was in the mood for a Super Burrito Al Pastor !!!!So I rolled to Taqueria Manteca !I parked right in front!!I strolled in and I was Transported back to Mexico!!The Cashier Luis was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the Menu and the different Types of Foods and Drinks!!!?I ordered a Al Pastor Super Burrito for Dinner!!!I paid by Credit Card!!llWarning they Charged a Service Charge for Credit Card Usage!!!Luis provided me with Complimentary Chips and Salsa!!!My Super Burrito was delivered to me at my Table !!!It was on the Smaller Size on the Super Burrito size scale!!It tasted Great and was Delicious !!!Luis gave me a Sample of Horchata and it was Delicious and refreshing!!The restaurant was Clean and Well Lit!!!Taqueria Manteca is a Baller On A Budget Approved Restaurant!!!!

I door dash some Asada nachos here and they came very tasty and delicious thought the chips were gonna be soggy but it was nice and crunchy with toppings I would of order my jalapenos and sour cream for my liking but overall was good, excited to try other stuff on the menu !!

I was craving a burrito & someone recommended this place. It definitely didn't disappoint!! I'll be going back

I got a tamale and this is not the first time, each time they taste terrible. The corn meal is mushy not firm at all and barely has any meat in them. It's like the tamale is not cooked and small This use to be a good place to eat not anymore.

I always come here from French camp. Came home. My order was wrong and terrible tortillas. Disappointed.

After them messing up my order twice, I'm waiting for them to bring my correct order, I happen to come across this chip inside my basket. I was feeding my 1 year old son chips and beans, along with my 13 year old daughter who was eating chips as well and after grabbing this chip and heading to scoop the beans I almost lost it like How can this even happen ? A half of a screw inside the chips I was so irritated I didn't even wanna complain because when I told the lady my order was wrong she said noooo that's not what you ordered I knew they were gonna try to deny it, I've been coming to this place since like 2008 when I moved to Manteca and the quality over the years has gone down I think owners changed and they suck. I've gotten my order wrong so many times I should have stopped coming here years ago but I'm the loyal type and give way too many chances but this was enough for me. Terrible service and metal in food can't get any worse. Especially for a small chain you would think they care more goodbye taqueria Manteca I'm never comjng back and for everyone else watch your food closely.

Cost.... I understand things have gone up but I don't think taqueria should cost double of what a restaurant we went to Las Consuelos for half the price and for two meals, drinks, chips with salsa and bean dip.
