Great tacos and burritos always fresh and quick. Recommended usually just get the small tacos gonna try the super Tacos next time

So Elvias is normally the popping place. When we arrived, no one was in line nor was anyone ordering. Weird to see no one at this taco truck. Seems like Silva's is the popping taco truck. I see the prices have skyrocketed. Burritos are now ten bucks and the tacos which are basically two bites are $2.50 each. My tacos were good. My kids liked their burritos.

We have eaten here a few times. Flavor great but twice they've gotten our orders wrong. We'd already driven away so too far from them to return.Ordered super burrito with guacamole. No guac, nor sour cream. Ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. Only got one in the bag. Small errors but they effect my opinion about the vendors customer care.

I came to visit my mom in Turlock from the bay and was really craving some valley taco truck.I got there around 9 PM and chose Elvias because it had no customers when I arrived and hidalguense was packed. I didn't think anything of it because usually the food is good there but I was wrong. I ordered a supreme burrito and got a regular burrito for $10 which is the price of the supreme burrito. No sour cream and barely any cheese. They also did not include any radish and only put two napkins for 3 orders, my burrito, my moms 2 tacos and my her husbands 4 tacos. The food was extremely greasy . My moms tortillas looked like they oiled them up and threw them in the microwave. My burrito was literally dripping so much oil that I couldn't eat it without getting grossed out.We will not be coming back here, it is $2 overpriced for extremely poor quality food. It's kinda of sad because I read the paragraph about the founder of the taco truck and they're not delivering her dream. It is possible that it was just the young worker but I will not take my chances and waste my money again.

This taco truck has been there since the 90s I was raised on their burritos and tacos my mom used to make food for me and I wouldn't eat it I would save money for a burrito it was three bucks back then lol!Nachos are fire burritos are fire

Hands down, one of the worse burritos I've ever eaten!! I've never had a burrito so greasy on the outside that it soaks through to the inside of the burrito. I'm pretty sure mine was prepared on a cooking surface that soaked up all the leftover grease. Rude and disgusting! What has happened to Elvia's??? You were once my go-to truck. So disappointed. Never again. My only consolation to my horrible experience is that I'm going to be in SoCal this weekend, surrounded by some of the best Mexican food around.

Very slow in their food preparation, asked for a refund to go somewhere else really slow hope you have some time.

$21 for 8 tacos. If you get the tripas make sure you get extra crispy, maybe I got a bad batch because they were also very gritty, like there was sand in it. Also make sure they get your order correct. They gave me four carne asada instead of carnitas

Super good. Best truck around. The nachos are really good. Best to go when the girls are working

Food was not great! We ordered 2 tacos with salsa, they were greasy and forgot the salsa. My quesadilla was not good, the cheese wasn't even melted. I could see the cold shredded cheese. The very bottom of my quesadilla was soggy, mind you there was no salsa on that either. Not sure where all the sogginess came from, maybe the pile of lettuce on the top of it. They probably had the lettuce soaking in water..My husband ordered a tostada and he said it was very greasy and had no flavor. Not sure what all the hype is with the new truck, but the food wasn't good. Very disappointed!
