Taqueria El Grullense

I am truly disappointed in my order, I wouldn't be here if I wasn't upset about my order. I ordered 4 tacos de asada with everything except salsa I order my green salads on the side which I did get but my tacos had no onions or cilantro which is what make a taco a taco at least for me. My husband burrito de asada also didn't have any onions and cilantro as he order a burrito with everything as well. We tried calling and got no answer. Estoy muy decepcionada de mi orden ordené cuatro tacos de asada con todo menos salsa, salsa verde aparte y esos son los tacos que me dieron . A mi esposo también es orden de un burrito de asada con todo salsa roja no le pusieron cebolla y cilantro. Intenté llamarlo para decirles sobre mi orden y no hubo respuesta.

I got the asada burrito and I think this is the best spot in the area for burritos. They have the self serve area for the hot sauce, lime, jalapeño and it's awesome! I will be going back!

My hubby and I decided to have tacos for dinner and so we went over to El Grullense on Waterloo. I had three taco and the hubby had a burrito. My taco were cold and it just didn't have a great taste to me. The restaurant was clean but I hate that there were so many flies flying around, I had to keep waving my hands to keep them from landing in my food and drink. I won't be going back and know I see why there were no cars or no one else in the restaurant. Customer service was just ok.

Fast, friendly service -- surrounding area for a food truck was clean no trash lying around. Carne asada burrito was good but not great.

Dude.. the extra carrots? BOMB DIGGITY.Tacos? On pointBurritos? Even betterWould I come again? Hell yeah.

I come here with my boyfriend all the time. It's my favorite place to come their super burrito is delicious! and their tacos are amazing! Iv tried tacos else where but I always end up coming back to this place and it's convenient to where I live. Order:-I get the Asada Super Burrito with Asada Soft Tacos.*I ask for Asada tacos with extra green salsa, onions and sour cream.*Ask for EXTRRAA Green Salsa on everything even extra Salsa on the side incase you want to put some more. The more the better that salsa really makes the food 100x better! *I would recommend the green salsa over the red salsa you have to LET THEM KNOW or they will put red in everything. -Asada soft tacos will come with nothing on them except salsa if you do not request what you want. Employees:The employees are always super nice and friendly and because I am a regular they will try to remember what you order :) Atmosphere:-I usually come around 6-8pm so there isn't much of a long line they take orders pretty quick and make your food quick too. Sometimes I have gotten my food 5 min. after ordering sometimes 10 min.-When you pick up your food they ask you if you want lemons or radishes that's about the time I will ask for extra salsa on the side. -Clean atmosphere and plenty of seating there is even a cute little patio area outside in the back of their restaurant if you would like to eat away from people and enjoy some fresh air. -Plenty of parking This place deserves 5 stars! Everybody should try this place out more often :)

Its better when you eat there..thats the only way they wot get your order wrong, if you take it to go most likely they will mess up. The only thing I get is the tacos de al pastor con crema, btw Super Delicious I recommend this place for family !

Food is delicious here!! The lengua tacos/burritos are my go to!Also I can't forget the carne Asada fries with nacho cheese & everything on it! Service is really fast here too.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went at around 5:40 pm. The girl at the front is so rude. I said "Hii how are you?!" All she did was stare! Never said one word besides the moment she gave me my total. My tacos were so nasty as well and nearly any onion or cilantro!!! It was my first and last time !

Food is good but I ordered a burrito and a small piece of rock came out. I had already chewed it so I spit it out. It is not hardened food when it over cooks.
