Looking for late night eats during our drive and passed by this taco truck. There was one man working and he was very friendly. Took our order and the food came out within a reasonable amount of time. He even gave my son a mini Spanish lesson and made my son smile. :) Ordered 2 super burritos, one with asada and the other with 1/2 asada and 1/2 pastor. The size was fairly large filled with a lot of meat. The sauce was good, gave the burrito a ton of flavor. Chicken quesadilla had a crispy tortilla and came with 2 of the largest slices ever. Included in the bag was a generous amount of lime slices and jalapeños. Big portions of food and our total was only $22, I couldn't believe my eyes! Definitely drop by and try this truck out. Cash only.

Tacos were typical, the red sauce was really good and spicy just how I like it. Appearance wise the The taco truck itself is a little beat up but it shouldn't stop people from trying it. The truck advertises foods that they don't sell. Pretty much, just your average tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos.

That tacos here are cheaper then other places, but you get what you pay for. They overall lacked in flavor. The chicken in my taco had skin still attached which was rubbery and gross. The carne asada was fairly good, but was over shadowed by the bland salsa. I asked for grilled onions which aren't standard, but the guy working was very nice and grilled then for me. They even lacked much flavor.

Do not eat here. Got the nastiest burrito I've ever had in my life. And I been eating at taco trucks in Stockton ever since I could remember. What a bad experience

My favorite taco truck. I'm probably biased but I think it's the best! Their burritos are always huge and amazing AND they've kept their prices low! $6 for a super burrito... ridiculous! They just rewarded their truck and gave it a little love! It looks great. Only taco truck I'll go to

I ended up trying this taco truck by default, it was New Year's day and my usual nearby trucks were not available. I ordered asada tacos & a quesadilla. The quesadilla was more like a taco with cheese, didn't like the tomato in it, not used to seeing that in a quesadilla. The tacos were good, I didn't have to ask for lemons and the jalapeño was fresh and whole which is a plus for me. The onions were chopped into big pieces (for me it's a good thing since I love onions) but it's better to have finely chopped onions. I would return again if it's the only truck available. It was ok.

Tacos Guadalajara on Harding way in Stockton, California. Note: It's right next to the family dollar store. So on my first trip here the kids and I enjoyed some tacos and let me tell you, they're pretty chubby. Especially when my Princess ordered just plain asada tacos, I took a picture to show you all.My son had the asada tacos with everything. He loved them and I'm glad my crowned Prince gave me the look of satisfaction :) yaayyyNote: In my past reviews, I noted that my Son is a very picky eater. My second trip after a day of running around and handling my business. Yourstrully was getting a bit hungry. So I checked out some other Taco Trucks in the area I was at. But I decided to come back here. So I went with a $5 Super Burrito, what makes it "Super"?? Well they add sour cream and cheese. Now the burrito is off the hook, I took a few bites and was already getting full. Then I put my game face on and demolished it. I got my lil bro a couple of $1.25 asada tacos and this was his first time trying them. He ate them like there was no tomorrow. So yeah I'll be back, I wanna try their Tortas :) Because I need to get my chubby on :) Vincent D *VD * Enjoying the simple things in life.

I will never order again from this place. I have orderedFrom this place many times. This time I'm ordering 20 burritos in which I had many people with me. I was told They couldn't do the order because they didn't want to lose other customers which were the people behind be, I said nothing and all walked out. I will NEVER order from this place again. I will also spread the word to my friends that I previously referred. Again people this place can't handle large orders.

This truck sits in one of the best places in Stockton. It is always busy. Sometimes I come here for the meat only carne asada quesadilla or chicken tacos. Though they may be busy they offer good customer service and offer the better food. Even though they are in a parking lot where Family Dollar, Hi & Bye liquors, a BBQ place and a Nail Salon and across the street from a School a flower shop and a funeral chapel, I think most of the customers are those who know the truck. Which is sad because I would eat there if I were that close. Not that I live that far, but come on it's one of the better trucks in Stockton.
