Taco’s Maribel

Maribel has been making tacos for folks in the Linden and Stockton area for years and now she has her own food truck! She has taken it to help support charities in Linden. I've had her bring it to my place of work where she fed nearly 60 people. I love taquerias and taco trucks and Maribel does it right. Lengua - love, love, love her lengua! Had it on tacos, in a burrito and a quesadilla. It's so good and always consistent - personally think she makes some of the best around. Her pastor is excellent and her sauces, hot and mild are very good. Best of all, she parks her truck a short ways from work so when that taco hankering comes around it's quickly filled!
