T4 Tracy

So far the only decent tea place around. Service is good and pretty quick. I don't like my teas too sweet so I tend to get it at 50% sweet. Boba is nicely cooked. They have a large variety of drinks and foods. The popcorn chicken is bomb, wish they had more basil though. Bamboo pandan waffles are good. Sometimes too crispy or burnt though; so kinda a hit or miss. Curry Fish balls are also good.

Hello, I was in the area after getting my hair done. I saw their signed outside selling pumpkin spice milk tea. Immediately sold lol I learned that not all T4's are the same. I feel like this location had a lot more of snackie options on their menu and man did the pictures looked bomb. Service was friendly and fast. I got my milk tea in less than 4 minutes or so. It was steady too so not slow nor busy. The pearls had a nice chew taste so definitely fresh boba. Good boba location to check out in downtown Tracy.

Got me a Thai tea blended with pop corn chicken it wasn't too busy but I got me food promptly and good amount of popcorn chicken they have multiple dipping sauce store front is ample and clean you can look right in the neighbors barista coffee shop and grab a cofffee after boba. Parking in the back maybe tight so be careful. I would most definitely come back.

This is our go to place for boba but everything can go wrong at this place at anytime. A few years back we ordered for delivery. My son's sealed boba drink had a metal cap that fell in his drink from one of their pumps and they failed to see it. If you get points there, their points- stamp system is always wrong. Ambiance is ok- lots of tables to hang out. Basil popcorn chicken that we always order is good, as well as the mozzarella sticks that my daughter likes. For the amount of people that work there, service is still a bit slow. Staff is friendly though, just maybe unexperienced so this place isn't a place to go if you're in a hurry.

Love their drinks, haven't gotten anything I disagreed with yet. The chicken wings are super delicious for a quick snack.

I come here for my weekly boba fix and they remain consistent every single time! Great, quick service too.

This the mf spot omg. Bravin, Edward and the rest of the crew have a great shop going on here. I always come in for a taro milk tea with boba but Bravin recommended I try one of their new drinks with a crème brulee top and it was amazing. I also always come in here when I want a quick sweet drink or a snack. Always amazing

Our go-to shop for our Boba needs...one of the first places we checked out when we moved to Tracy from the Bay Area..and we're so glad it never disappoints. Food is always great and the Boba drinks are on point. It's hard to find a good spot outside the Bay Area, but Tracy T4 steps up. We enjoy going there and staff are generally friendly, especially this one staff whose always nice and all smiles. She's very patient with people who are new to Boba drinks and generally don't know what to get. Give this place a try, it's definitely recommended.

Am I glad we chose this place! Ordered chicken curry, orange chicken, fries, curly fries, vegetable egg rolls and lemon pepper chicken through the app. Around 15 minutes, food was ready. Generous portions, flavorful food and presentation was impressive, not thrown together. Excellent first impression and we're excited to come back and try more items on your menu
