I love that they brew their tea from leaf rather than using a powder. All their teas are dairy free with the exception of the Thai tea, which they use half and half because it's strong. The owner is super friendly, and personable! This is def a business we want to have in Modesto, so make sure you support small business! If you're looking for dairy free milk tea options, this is your place!

Very affordable and the drink was so delicious. The woman working here is the sweetest! I asked about the mango passion drink and she described the ingredients then started recommending a lot of related drinks. The service is a 10/10!

Their funnel cakes are so good and the only place in town to get one year around. Always clean and ideal location to either listen to some music or catch a movie

Not good. I used to come here years ago and I remember it being good. All I got was one large boba, restaurant was dirty, took my order immediately but then forgot about my order, there was only two other customers waiting btw. (they did apologize) and waited 10+ minutes just for a drink that tasted horrible. Boba was mushy and tasted weird and the smoothie itself tasted off. Threw it right in the trash, waste of time and money

A group of friends and I came here after a special event. I tried to order several items that sounded good from the menu, one by one they were shot down. Nope, "Sorry we are all out," was the repeated response I got. I wanted to try the onion rings, the shrimp cream cheese won tons, and shrimp rolls. I'm pretty sure they were out of egg rolls too. Finally, I was able to order a wrap that sounded good, and I also settled for the shrimp balls (they were not very good in my opinion). I gave the rest to my friend. When it came to my drink, I thought it was odd that they gave me a cup without a lid. I couldn't take it to go. All of my friends had lids. I ordered a water, and received no lid. What the heck?The wrap I ordered was the club crepe and it was pretty good. I would order it again if I happened to go back. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go back here. If they were not out of so many items next time I would give them a second chance. Moreover, the crepe was the star of the day that held the show together. The customer service was decent. They were not rude or overly cheerful either. My friend chose the place is the only reason we went here. But hey, if nothing else, it opened my horizon to a new place, right?

This Boba Shop is AMAZING!! They have a huge selection of different flavors and different drinks so you can always try something new! They have food, desserts & lots of space to sit and enjoy the location or work on your computer! This lady is always busting in the cafe and she is amazing!! Support your local small businesses and come try this place!

I come here quite often usually once a month or so. I often order a milk tea with the shrimp rolls. The shrimp rolls are always tasty and crispy. I try to stick to a milk tea as sometimes the green tea I think I need it to be a little sweeter. The owners always are very kind and I usually don't have to wait very long for my food and drinks to be ready.

Me and my boyfriend love it here :) the crepes and boba are amazing i love to go here for snacks and treats and it's a cute atmosphere. It's super fast and friendly service

Originally wanted calamari but that was part of a older menu and now they don't have it, so I thought I'd post a more updated one.Milk teas and boba were good, the popcorn chicken tasted good but would've been better if it was crunchier, and the fries tasted old and reheated. Service was great, very friendly, and got everything really fast. Still a solid spot if you're craving boba and snacks especially for downtown Modesto.

Great service. I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Food is always amazing and the service is always excellent. The overall ambiance is so special. Definitely a great place to be with friends or family.
