T Bone's BBQ Catering

Talk of the block- literally. All of our neighbors are still talking about the food from our party days later. We had people coming over the morning after asking for seconds. The meatballs were my personal favorite- the sauce is unique and there's just the slightest spice to them at the end- incredible. The bacon Mac and cheese is to die for. The slider bar was a super nice addition and a hit with all of the guests getting to build their own and choosing between thinly sliced tri tip or what should be famous pulled pork (it's SO good). They even provided a donut wall and the donuts. Communication was excellent, pricing reasonable and the food spoke for itself. They were on time for set up and helped us have a successful party. We are proud to support local businesses, and will definitely hire T Bones again!

Been trying to reach out to this business across all platforms through multiple means of communication. The best I got was a "like" on an inquiry. Hated that we wasted time waiting for a response because the food and reviews really got us excited, but this is ridiculous unprofessionalism. If you're not in business or on hiatus, please communicate.

Did the charcuterie board/table from my daughter's wedding and it was huge hit. Great quality and even better customer service.

Such a disappointing business and experience. I scheduled this company 2 months ago for my father's retirement party. I reached out 2 weeks before the event to make payment and confirm the details. After a week of reaching out multiple times through email and text and hearing nothing back, I finally said I would have to move on to another vendor if I didn't hear back by the end of the day. She said she would get in touch on Monday day. Again after many attempts on Monday, I heard nothing back so I sent an email saying I would be going with another vendor. It is so unprofessional and I can't work with an unreliable businesses. I would say book at your own risk. Please read the other review below on how they do not get back to you and make excuses.

T-bones, barbecue rocks! I have them cater my Private bourbon club Smoke & Oak every quarter, and they never fail to deliver! Tracy is a master at barbecue, but he can even do other themes as well like, for example, we had an Italian themed barbecue at our last event that was simply outstanding! You can't go wrong with T-bones!

The food is fantastic!! Tracy and his crew are professionals, friendly and courteous. The pulled pork with cole slaw is such a savory combo. We look forward to holidays and events so that we can taste his food again. Tri-tip is excellent as well. Charcuterie is beautiful with lots of options. I highly recommend T-Bones for catering, you'll get more than you expect!

I have been using T-Bones for all of my catering needs for the past couple of years. We've had events with 100 - 250 guests. I have never been disappointed with the quality or service. Tracy is very professional and easy to work with. His charcuterie board is always a work of art. He even created our logo out of fruit. Both his tri-tip and pulled pork get rave reviews. He works with his clients to create a menu that is delicious and tailored to their needs.

Had the Chicken, pulled pork and Tri-tip. Only time I've had thirds of everything. All wonderfully cooked and seasoned to perfection. None better.
