T&S X-Treme Bar-B-Que

Way way way overpriced for quality and portion. Served on paper plate. $25per plate and $10 hot dog. Beans & potato salad are definitely not homemade. Ribs and tri tip, nothing special. Everything's drizzled in store bought bbq sauce. It is so disappointing!

WAY OVERPRICED. The ribs were okay but I'll never go back. A food truck charging 25 for a rib plate is insane. The sides were average at best.

The food is great. Whenever I come across them I stop and buy something. However they don't maintain their Facebook page and they move around so you never know where to find them. If they put their location out there everyday, I would frequent them far more often. This review would be at least four stars if it weren't for the fact that you never know where to find them.

Nope. Sorry, the service, the portion, and ultimately the food are all 1 star. Who offers a 2 meat combo plate for $16 (+ tax I guess? The signs said $16 and I was charged $17 and didn't question it) and doesn't have enough meat in it to actually fill the main compartment of a standard foam tray? Who cuts tri tip in to thin, tiny slices like it is going to a plate for 5 year old?The flavor of what was there was ok, but a 25 minute wait to order (with only 5 people ahead of me in line) and another 20 minutes to get my food was disappointing and the portion was more disappointing. Noting the expired permit in the truck window as I waited made things worse. Just a mess.

Went here for the first time and it WILL BE MY LAST you'll do making it yourself and really over priced should've went to BJs and got my money's worth bottom line EDITED POST: the next day thinking what a bad experience just know THAT it's not worth it I digress

Update: In my original review of T&S, I wrote that I thought that the potatosalad was homemade. A 'potato salad expert' said they thought it wasstore-bought.. ?? either way it was pretty decent.

Don't waste your time. Waited in line for 50 minutes and then another 25 minutes for the food to be ready. Staff was super sweet but didn't accept card so everyone had to either pay cash or venmo. The woman taking orders would leave her station and go inside to help cook for 20 minutes at a time leaving people waiting. Food was mediocre and was not worth the wait at all.

So I randomly was driving to Stockton California to pick up something and saw this truck.I pulled over and at first was taken back by the prices.But when I yell you it was amazing. I wish I had pictures. I bought the last 2 plates. The mac n cheese was cheesy as hell and so good I ate in the car lol. I went all over the internet to find them and saw the cook and yup..... thats them. Idk why they dont have 5 start reviews because it was the best bbq I have had at any restaurant. That includes the place in Berkeley I used to drive 2 hours to. Will be seeing you guys soon w the spouse. He has to have this.

Hella good fed the whole family off of two plates. My son said the mac and cheese was smack

I've heard a lot about this Barbecue spot. I've heard good and bad reviews. on my way from Lodi this afternoon I spotted the truck on West Lane. I got the rib dinner. It was very good. The green beans were well seasoned and the portion of the ribs was more than I expected. I pulled over in the closest parking lot and had some of it for lunch. I'm sitting in the parking lot now writing this review. I will enjoy the rest of my ribs for dinner. I'll be back.
