I took my laptop into Switzer Enterprises for repair based on their overwhelming positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I had an excellent experience with Guy installing two new fans on my laptop. I was quoted a price that was stuck to when I went in to pick up my device barely a few hours later, and I think it was incredibly fair. They even checked the temperature of my system for free after I had the work done, just to be sure it was working as intended. What a great repair experience!

Dropped off my computer for repair's after calling in for an appointment. The person that took the call never gave tech all the information. After calling everyday to check on update and being told by the rude Michael that, "if thetech has any questions, he will call you". I insisted on Friday (5 days later) to speck to Adam and gave him information he didn't have he had it fixed in 2 hours. A simple update call can help out allot and stop allot of anger before it starts. Not the business it once was.
