Do not go here! My wife bought a bulb and tried to take it back (ended up getting a new setup and didnt need it). She had receipt and was told couldn't refund it. In store credit only. I go there all the time and this is how they treat their customers. Will get my credits worth $100 and won't be back. There are plenty of places to purchase dirt and such. Do not recommend!

My sister and I went into the shop to buy some good plant food. The staff and a friend said we needed some molasses which I never used before and other fertilizers. I went back the next day to return the unopened container that I cannot use. They said they have a no return policy. I feel I was mislead and will not go back unless they refund my money. I went there today and they did give me a refund and very nice no hassle. I will go back and buy more products from them.

Same with me placed a order and told em I would only place the order if they can have it by a certain date I payed ahead of time never got it in time they said come back will give u 10% off next purchase I get there and there like we didn't say that we can give u 5% off one item like are u serious I needed it a certain date I bought it elsewhere and still have the one I ordered from them that got there late employees are cool decent pricing but don't hold promises u can't keep cause ppl depend on these things

First time going in i bought a bag of soil and pots for a sweet cheap deal. I go in the second time to order something ive seen on their website. I had them order it on Friday January 16th paid cash on the spot. i wasnt really givin an order number or anything professional when it came to purchasing. The guy who helped me out said it should be here the following tuesday i came in to have it not there and for him to tell me he hasnt placed the order yet... He then tells me it will be here on Friday I come in on 1/23/15 for another employee to tell me it hasn't been received yet.. At what point and tome do I say alright I'm going to take my business else where??? Staff is cool get a chill vibe but on the business end there lacking...
