Sweet Lab Boba Tea & Desserts

Black tea boba was excellent.Great service with discount on cash purchased.Seating is great for young boba lovers but my mom is elderly would be nice to have regular table seating too.

Really nice customer service, fair pricing and clean storefront. There are lots of flavor options and combinations and if you need help deciding, just ask one of the nice associates. They also have a ton of ice cream options. We'll have to save that for another day!

I have a Thai tea addiction. I never really get the boba I don't care much for it but this time I did add it. It was yummy. Their Thai tea always hits. 10/10

Super disappointing. We read the menu and were so excited. We walked in and waited nearly 5 minutes for one of the employees to wander out from the back and take our order. The dozen or so ice cream toppings on their online menu were reduced to 5 and when we ordered she informed us them now only offer oreos. All the interesting gourmet flavors of cone? Nope. Plain and sugar. All the boba options were either tea or coffee based. No juice or lemonade.Both employees wandered into the back. One made the tea we ordered and brought it out. Then the other came out to make our ice creams. Took an awfully long time to serve two scoops. While we were waiting I saw a sign saying they offered a 3.5% discount for cash, which is fine... except the prices listed were not the full price, they were the "discounted" price for cash. You're not allowed to do that. It's bait and switch and it's illegal. The floor was very dirty.The passion fruit tea was fine. Nothing special. The strawberry cheesecake and earl grey ice cream were okay flavorwise but very grainy. Not a pleasant texture. Also, even after brushing my teeth twice, my mouth is still stained from all the food coloring in the earl grey, so whatever you do, don't try that on a date or a lunch break from work.Overall, the entire experience was seriously lacking and we won't be back. There are lots of other boba places in the area and I'll be surprised if this one lasts.

Sweet Lab Boba Tea is located in a semi-busy plaza with plenty of shared parking in front of the store when I went. They have a modern and simple feel to it as well. There was one employee going back and forth, so service was a bit slow. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba. It was not that sweet at 100% sweetness and it was not that cold and refreshing with standard ice. The milk tea did not taste that creamy, if anything, it tasted like watered down milky tea water.

The prices are too high for the subpar product. They nickle and dime you for eveything. Not very good service either. No hello, no have a nice day, just pay and go. It was not busy at all either.

Clean and simple boba place. They are no frills but offer a nice variety of tea, milk tea, frappe, and ice cream flavors. They don't have snacks or food items available but there are plenty of other food places nearby. I tried their Okinawa milk tea with honey boba, no ice, with 50% sugar. The tea tasted well made, but could use a stronger tea flavor. The boba was nice and chewy with the right amount of sweetness. I'm curious to try their other drinks, especially their Ube flavor ones. Stay tuned for an update once I try more drinks!

This is hands-down, the best Boba spot around!! All of the employees are super friendly and prompt with making drinks and really take pride and what they do. The shop is always clean and always welcoming! Thank you!!!

We went in for ice cream and ordered a 2 scoop for 8 dollars and they gave us a smaller size than a kids scoop anywhere else , don't do it!!

Like another reviewer, not impressed with the service. Took a while to be greeted, not organized, and they just put your order up on the counter and walk away into the back without calling out what it is or who it's for. I appreciated the unique ice cream flavors but it melts quickly. One flavor couldn't be kept out front because they said it melts.
