This was my first time eating at Sushi Hub. I was going to a community play and wanted to eat somewhere close and found Sushi Hub, via a Google search. We got there when they first opened so it was quiet. We were greeted with a very friendly server. I love the way they serve the sushi rolls; all lined up on a nice board. The owner came out to thank us and asked how our rolls were...we told him they were all delicious!

This restaurant is a little bit out of the way, hidden in a corner of a strip mall in a building of empty shops. We found it by accident when we drove over for our usual L&L Hawaiian BBQ lunch in the same strip mall area.Food is good, service is courteous, the place is clean is prices are quite reasonable. We had bento boxes that we usually order in other Japanese restaurants and everything was on point. I am sure we will be back again!

It is a hidden gym in the corner. The sushi rolls were flawless and delicious. I got the sashimi bowl, california roll, spider roll,l and deep fried ice cream roll. It was so good. If you are craving sushi and you are in stockton, try this place out. The sushi are freshly made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance of the place when you walk in feels like you are in Japan!

Stopped at Sushi Hub with my boyfriend when we were in Stockton for the day. I found this place on Yelp and their menu looked pretty promising. I got a Lion King Roll which is my usual sushi order. It tasted standard and just as I expected it would be. Their presentation of our food was really nice, they served it with dry ice. Overall, a decent place to grab sushi.

Service was great. Ambiance was good. Menu was a black and white PDF but it did the job. My table and chair were both wobbly. Food was good. Sushi rolls were very good. Volcano roll was topped with a lot of imitation crab and tempura flakes, maybe a little too much it the roll itself was yummy. Curry rice plate was underwhelming. Curry could use more flavor and portion can reflect price better.

I DoorDashed my food and it was still so good! So I can only imagine how much better my experience would have been in person. We ordered Chef Brandon's roll, spicy salmon roll, chicken katsu, and combo tempura.Everything was delicious especially Chef Brandon's roll and shrimp tempura. Even the salad and its dressing was yummy.The shrimp tempura had a nice flavor and the sauce was tasty too. I was only disappointed in the portion size of the tempura dish and the veggie choices. I love vegetable tempura and I was expecting sweet potato etc. I got a broccoli amongst other things. Overall, I would still order everything again. Thanks!

We used to frequent this restaurant when it was called Kukusui. Mama-son retired and sold her restaurant after many years. It has been through a few names and owners. Now under new ownership mid 2024. We visited it around christmas last year, after new ownership and a recommendation from a friend. Since then we have returned many times. The staff is quick with a smile and good service. We went for lunch yesterday and asked the owner to make us "what ever you feel like." Our mouth dropped open with his presentation. Besides being beautiful, it was very yummy. I would also like to recommend his Sukiyaki, another yummy meal.

Food was delicious. Perfect amount of food for price. Device was quick. UA the owner was attentive and even provided us a taste of his mochi ice cream which was delightful. We had lunch there on a Saturday which surprisingly was not busy so thank goodness there was seating for us I was worried. The seating area was neat and tidy and clean.

It was my first time at Sushi Hub. The restaurant itself was clean and nice. I ordered to go for lunch. It was simple and the hostess was very helpful. My food was tasty. They do lose one star because I noticed that the sushi roll (Night Out Roll) I got had cucumber in it. Cucumber was not listed as an ingredient and I was a little annoyed since I don't like cucumbers in my sushi. I had to pull the cucumbers out. The menu should be accurate for taste and allergy purposes. I will definitely go back, however please update your menu so that it is truly accurate with all ingredients listed.
