You had my honest review removed ? Well I'll keep posting my true factual story . Maybe it saves a life . ..Bought a used nautique wakeboat from superior boat . Wes was awesome ! We loved him . However we opted for brand new trailer tires before taking delivery of our nautique wakeboat. The first time we trailered the boat 2 days later , the wheel fell off from multiple studs snapping off and the second axle wheel was barely holding on with 2 lug nuts , with 2 more broken off studs bolts . We nearly died !!! Called superior and texted pics right away . All they did was refer us "America tire co" who pointed us to insurance .. this is ridiculous. Now my boat is sitting in my shop on a broken trailer for 6 + weeks without anyway to move or repair it . Loss 6 weeks of boating . Besides almost dying . Plus thousands in damage . Superior boat hadn't reached out to offer any assistance or compensation at all . This is absolutely their fault for taking it to a dummy unqualified mechanic who over tightened all 20 lug nuts with an impact gun . Now I'm out of $1000s of dollars and weeks of enjoyment . Don't buy a boat from these guys! When their problems arise they will not take responsibility. I hope we can come to a Financial agreement with out a huge law suit .!! You guys wanna Make this right ? You've got my number

Purchasing the boat was a great experience BUT with good faith we did not test drive, we stated If there were anybody issues they would make it right as was told Most Definitely! First day out we realized important Safely issues DID NOT work called immediately and we were told we bought "As Is". Have tried discussions with several people at dealership and still NO Answer, I guess they don't stand behind there word, and we'll take elsewhere for repairs.

Our Family just had an opportunity to buy a new boat from Superior. The service and sales process was seamless, and both Josh and Wesley were fantastic to work with. Special acknowledgement to Wes who was with us through the close of the boat, assisted with the setup, and made things run seamlessly. Everything he recommended and led us towards wasn't to try to sell us the biggest and best--it was to try to get us into the "right" fit for us as customers.After the sale, we worked with Anastasia and Paris in the front office, and had some interactions with Bob, the owner. All of our experiences were fantastic, before, during, and after the sale. Superior treated us right, and we hope to continue to be customers for as long as possible. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a great experience with any of the boats they sell gives them a call and starts the process!

Went in only to buy a life jacket. The sales agents are very honest and funny. One gentleman told me a few jokes while helping my friend try on life jackets. They're seen from the freeway in a very industrial place as a lot of boat sale companies. If I needed a boat part, I would come here, but I have a Larson so I might choose a specialty boat shop for Larson unless it was a general part such as a propellor.

We dropped off our boat on Saturday to get "summarized". We received a call from Superior Monday that our boat was already finished. Don't fall for their SCAM! The first thing they will inform you is how their number one goal and accomplishments is Customer Satisfaction. They pride themselves as being the top Nautique Dealer in California and winning the Top 100 Dealers. Their claim is this is because they want to treat you like "family". Well, here's how we got treated. Buy our 2016 Super Air Nautique G23 Memorial Day weekend at 70 hours. Approximately 2 weeks later, at 119 hours , engine begins to overheat. Call them, spoke to the owner, "Bob", who stated it is more than likely the impeller. The impeller gets replaced. Approximately 3 weeks later, the NCRS faulted, and few days later at 164 hours the engine begins to overheat again. This time with the manifolds staying cool, and the source of the heat is coming from the engine. Next day take it back to them and explain what has happened, and to go ahead and complete the 100 hours maintenance service and the Platinum Protection. Few days later, we receive phone call that the reason the boat overheated was because "the impeller was on backwards". Our immediate response, "That doesn't make sense because the boat ran for 3 weeks no problem." Their response, "Yeah, these things happen and we ran it for 30 minutes, no problem." Few days later, we called them back to say, "Can you please double check everything because it still doesn't make sense to us that the problem was the impeller when the boat ran for 3 weeks and 50 hours with no overheating, plus when it did overheat this time the manifolds stay cool. Also it is a big ordeal for us to bring our boat to you because we live on the water, and it takes 1 hour just to get it to the boat launch from where we live, then 2 hour drive without traffic. Needless to say it takes a day away from us to travel to you. So would rather you double check and make sure all is well then get our boat back and it overheats again. Their response, "Oh absolutely, will run to service team and double check with them. " Get our boat and kids who have been gone for a month that are very excited to get back on the boat, and go to the water. Put it in, drive in the 5 mph zone for 3-5 minutes, begin to take off, and IMMEDIATELY OVERHEATS!!!!! AHHHH, so angry!!! Yes, lots of screaming and cussing is happening. This is not suppose to happen to a $130k boat. Call Superior Boat Repair, speak to the owner Bob and tell him what has happened. His response, "You can't put an impeller in backwards. " Our response, "Thats what your service people said, and what we said is that doesn't make sense." Then Bob says he is going to hang up if don't stop "harassing". Yes he said, "harassing. Now, I will be honest, we were absolutely furious, loud, and cussing in our words, but not at him and defiantly wasn't insulting or disrespectful. As my husband said, "Sir, you are not the one out here stuck on the water in the middle of a slew for the 3rd time in your brand new $130,000 boat, I AM BECAUSE OF YOUR PEOPLE LYING TO US AND NOT DOING THEIR JOB." After answering all the questions Bob was asking, he then says, "Well then just bring it in next week." Our response, "Will you personally oversee your service people because they obviously don't know what they are doing." His response, "Well I'm on vacation next week, but I guess I can remotely." Monday morning, we call the Nautique Factory out of Orlando to explain what has happened to us and get their advice of what we need to do. They informed us the same thing, "You can't put an impeller in backwards, and if an engine is overheating they should have took it to the lake to make sure it is running correctly." I then inform them they specifically told us they didn't they just hooked the water hose to it, reved it up in RPM for 30 minutes and said it runs good. Next they tell us this shocking, but not so shocking remark, "Oh, We get complaints about Superior a lot." Last, we call the other Nautique dealer in Campbell who informs us they wouldn't be able to look at our boat until September 1st. Now our predicament is, wait 8 weeks to have your boat fixed, or take it back to Superior, the people you don't trust, to fix it because they said they will put you in front of the line. So, take it back to Superior, whole day traveling with traffic and all only to be told "Bob says he will not look or fix your boat." So now, not only did they take our money and say basically "screw you for calling the Nautique factory on us, but we'll keep your money and make you spend more elsewhere for what we did wrong." They are the some deceitful place I have ever dealt with. Come to find out it was the thermostat. Which was a RECALL that should have been checked. Sporting Edge in Antioch did the job in 2 hours and had the boat ready to be picked up in the same day.

Such a great experience! can we triple the amount of stars?!My husband spoke with Josh after seeing a post online and then we worked with Cipriano (Sip) .The transparency was by far was the most excellent of experiences in dealing with sales of this caliber.
