Sunrise Vista Apartments

I live across the street at a complex owned by the same company so I've visited the common area of sunrise vista...at managers approval. ...appalling to say the least. Not a single item in the "weight room" is in working condition -stuck meted candy on equipment, dusty and dirty...and when I told the manager...she said she knew and there wasn't anything she could do about to because the kids would just mess it up again. I've had multiple separate occasions where the office manger Jessica was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I've also seen first hand where she or the company has rushed someone to move in without the proper time to have it debugged form previous renters. I don't have a anything respectable to say for the property -always overflowing trash in dumping areas-disgusting patio area-individuals living out of their cars in the front road and the office individual asks tenants to call the police on them instead of talking to them like an adult and asking them to move. Sunrise Vista Apartments are a horrible place to live. Maintenance issues take forever to get done. The place looks like a ghetto, and the office manager Jessica does nothing to take care of complaints by good tenants when there are tenants committing crimes. She tells us to call the sheriff. Why should we need to do her job for her. Why should we have to call the sheriff all the time. She rather not do her job, but blame corporation for her lack of doing her job.
