This is a very decent place and I want to point out the best of the best.No. 1 You can walk to Winco Supermarket, the best in United States, open 24 hours. where can you get the best price of food right across the street.No. 2 The highway I-80 Exit 55 is down the street.No. 3 Vacaville has 3 Wal-Mart, where can you get one just down the street.No. 4 The landlord has just hired the best Manager and he is so helpful, I highly recommend this place to anyone, everything included (if you need toilet paper, just come to Unit 36)No. 5 Coffee on me 24/7/365. I have no relationship with anyone. I have lived in cheaper and better motels, but there are two other trailer parks, check that out before you provide negative statement.No. 6 There are no kids, no small children, no crack heads, no aggressive big dogs. Things have changed. I am loving it.

This place is the worst. I stayed here for an Airbnb initially. It was OK, the "Hip Studio" I was placed in was and old trailer from the 70's. No AC or heat. Then, I was extended and offered a spot for more long term. I was given a space, that wasn't listed on the site, way different. I wound up staying longer then planned. I was never given a rent amount, no bill, or notice. They change the rent prices weekly, and their property manager was fired for stealing money. People smoke weed all over the place, and cops are there almost weekly. Its in a fair location, but poorly managed. They have some "site personal" who walks around with a clipboard, knocking on doors after hours, asking for money, semi helpful at best. If you are looking for cheap and easy, I have had better experiences at Motel 6.

An alright place to stay. Stayed here while on a job and enjoyed my stay. Looks like the other reviewers on here just had a bad experience or are not used to trailer park life. Haven't run into any trouble here but then again I only stayed here to eat and sleep.

Avoid this trailer park.Myself and my wife decided to stay at this park in September 2014 knowing it was a little run down but we wanted to save some monies plus it was convent to my new job and it was in town. The park manager seemed to be nice and easy going. It did not take but a couple of months to find out I was wrong. The so called manager apparently doing the bidding of the owners, a woman named Bernice and her son named Reed. They have no ideas of how to run a successful business unless you call "slum lording" successful . They treat no one with respect and take advantage of the fixed income people who have no recourse but to put up with daily harassment and ignore fixing issues with there rentals. The manager told us to leave for one day with no explanation, just that it was the park rule. When we returned to the same site after a weekend road trip we found the sewer was plugged. When I went to report the problem, she accused me of damaging her parks sewer pipes. When I tried to reason with her I realized she was intoxicated so I just walked away. I found out from some of the residence that lived there for a while the sewer system in the park has had issues for years. Parking in the Sunrise trailer park is a constant worry of getting your car towed. They do not allow more than one car, with rare exceptions. The manager constantly harasses guests for parking in unoccupied parking spots. Did I mention they don't have guest or overflow parking. If you park your truck in front of your trailer for more than a few hours the harassment starts with texts and phone messages. When you go to talk to the so called manager she locks herself in her trailer and will not answer the door. Did I mention this is in busness hours. PG&E around the park is a constant issue. Some residents have extremely high bills. The department of weights and measurements had to intervene on request of the residence. We could not take it any longer and left to another park. Don't say I did not warn you if you decide to stay at SunRise trailer park in Vacaville.

Slum lord is right. I rented the "deluxe" home through AIRBNB... the first night we were given keys and we checked the place out and Melanie gave us a potted plant of flowers. Nice right? We left that night and returned the next morning, Melanie the manager apparently came into the residence and took back her plant? WTF!?! Who does that! Despite that incident at the beginning of the rental I asked about long term residency. I was told by Reed that there were complaints about cars and people. I only own one vehicle, I was parking in the visitor parking in front of the house. Where i was told to. As for people coming over, my Mom came by on her birthday. The so called "manager" Melanie displays druggie behavior as do most of the people in the park. No matter what time of day or night I left or came home she was outside constantly staring at me or my family members. Again against my better judgement I repeatedly asked about booking longer terms, monthly for the summer. I was told by verbally by Reed that every two weeks through AIRBNB is what he would agree to. Against better judgement I agreed. He came by 7 days before our latest term was up and told me that "I could do better than this place and that he had rented it out to someone else!" I tried to get a valid reason from him as to why he was refusing to rent to me... no answer at all. I also asked for at least one more week so I could find another place. He would not agree. According to CA laws I established tenacy... the only person in the park that has had an issue with me was Melanie the druglord..and from what I heard from some of the tenets who are clean and sober if she has an issue with you you're out of the park. Reed and Bernice give her total run of the place. As for the accommodations, roaches and stray cats outside.. the a.c. leaking from the roof, and horrible sewer system. In the end I am truly happy to get out of this place! STAY AWAY!!!

This owner is asking for far more than what this place is worth. He recently took it over from the lady who ran it, first he is awful to get a hold of and then he wanted 800.00 per month, but that wasn't enough he asked my husband for more when we called back because it was closer to the us military base, he asked for a 100 more - 900.00 a month ! My daughter is waiting for our house to be built for approx another month and she refused to pay it. This guy needs a manager, he is terrible and unreasonable when it comes to money.

This place is absolutely insane. I called for my dad. He was moving from South Dakota to here. The lady said there would be no issues. Come on in. She also told me there were some "crack heads" who lived inside her trailer park that she was trying to evict. I thought to myself...ok so this place should be decent. Sounded as if she was trying to fic it up and make sure she had a better living environment. My dad came into town and spoke with her. Told her about his wife, kids, and dog. She said they had to move a trailer before my dad could move in so he needed to stay somewhere else for the night and she would cover half the cost for that nights rent. Well 3 days into my dads stay at Sunrise, she tells him his dog is too big. My dads dog is a medium size dog and is handicap. He doesnt bother no one, doesnt bark, and is super nice. She told my dad he needed to leave. My dad and his wife do not do anything wrong, pay their rent on time, and if anything try to help other people. The lady told my dad that his dog was fine but then changed her mind a few days later. My dad asked her what he owed her for the days he stayed and she asked him what was the going rate...ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? She should have prices for her own business and know exactly how to handle things. The rent for the month was $550 plus electric and she charged my dad $130 for 3 nights. She is completely unprofessional and honestly I think she on drugs. She doesnt know how to run a business and doesnt know how to talk to people. Do not go to this place EVER! You will get ripped off and treated very disresectfully. Another lady who lived there said her electric bill use to be $40 a month, she new ladt took over and now her electric bill is over $200. That same lady said there are other dogs who live there too, bigger then my dads. Go figure...VERY BAD PLACE!!!
