Sunrise Mobile Home and RV Park

Sunrise Village is a great family place to live with a few unique opportunities you can own your own mobile home and create your own dream or rent an RV space or one of the newly remodeled Studios there's a school bus that stops right in front of the park that is really convenient for families I've lived here for 3 years and I've seen a lot of great changes stop by and see them for yourself

Dean, maybe you should call them out and re-check the Water quality yourself, no one needs to lie about the Water it's not fit to drink, we have never been notified! when we rented the Space they come out and checked the Water behind our Motor home, at the faucet, the Woman checking it said " DO NOT DRINK THIS WATER ' it's not for human consumption ", do not drink this water until we notify you know its safe to drink " there has never been a notice from them saying its okay to Drink it " that was over a year ago, she said it could be boiled for other uses, it makes my Daughters hair dull and skin dry, she doesn't Drink it, I bring her water to Drink and Cook with! I think you need to check it again! it still turns the Pans white inside to boil it , we were promised the space by the Bridge when it was open, when it opened your office said it was going to be another $200 a month pushing my Rent too $900 a month, Renters law says you can't raise rents more than 10%, the pole is in the way and the wires are looking old and dangerous and looks bars in places the Pole is in the way for getting in and out of the space, Kristy has been there 3 years, she's trying to say how nice it is when it's still a mess, a lot of it is still a dump, Other People have Fences, none were taken down or moved, we were told we could fence our Space by two Park Managers, I'm pretty sure the people who have fences didn't have a permit for building them, or have a Contractor put it up, but you have been harassing My Daughter over the fence, you gave her a 7 day notice to move the fence, (not 60 days my misunderstanding ) you tacked it on the fence? you didn't hand it to her, or send her a notice, then the day after she moved the fence before the 7 days were up, you posted a " 60 day noncompliance " Eviction Notice " on the fence? everything I said is truth, your Office people, Kristy and Jessica can post all they want, but it doesn't alter the fact you have evicted people all over the park, had 3 fires, the Electric pole that is by my Motor Home is in the way we can't get to the cement pad that's broken and you are Harassing my daughter Julie and other Park members, " Julie took the Rent to the Office, Kristy took the Rent check December 2, 2024 , then handed it back, saying oh I cant take your rent, because, you told her not too accept the Rent for December's Rent, I/we payed First, Last and the Deposit for the Space when we moved in, we have the Receipt and Contract to Prove it, you need too tell the truth! you have Been stalking her ( you told her ) you have people "watching her" there's laws against Stalking and the People in the office have been watching and recording her? for your information that's against the law also, that's invasion of her Privacy

I live here for many years know and it has really improve a lot. Everything is starting to look a better and very clean. As a parent I even feel more safer for my kids to play outside and not to worry so much. Can't wait for the kids summer kick off community event coming at the end of the month, my kids will love it

there's still bugs everywhere, why are you telling People how good the Water is they come and tested it and told people not to drink it without boiling it, then the pots you boil it in turns white inside! so when did they tell residents to drink that contaminated water? what about the huge Potholes in the road, and deep water puddles people wades to get to their car or that road thats full of pot holes? it's not a Nice place to live, it's just a place to live when you can't find another one, it's trashy, if you had the decency to tell people what you want, people would do most of it, the Fence next door to My Motor Home is falling over into my space, and has been for a year, you haven't done anything about it, it wouldn't be so bad if you wasn't a bully, you can get evicted, because, you find any excuse you can think up, like the Lie about the Fence that we were told could be put up when we moved there, then you posted on the fence a notice, it had to be moved in 60 days she had no Idea what it was on the fence, when she noticed and read it she moved the fence, it's your way of getting rid of her as you have done to a lot of People living in the Park ,because, you want us to Pay you $900 that's $200 more a month than our Contract is $700 which we have paid every month on time, My Daughter went to pay the SPACE RENT this Morning " December 2,/20/24 and the Girl in the office, the supposed Office Manager said she was told not to accept the Rent Payment from her! we paid the First and Last month Rent and Security Deposit when we moved her in " , you didn't hand either Notice to her on purpose" it's required by Law in the State of California, to be handed to My Daughter by someone other than you " not put on the fence where you put it, or had it put it on the fence again, to move the fence again after telling her where to move it, which she did move it within the 60 days as the notice stated, she moved it to where he said to move it too, then the vary next morning after she moved it, the next morning you posted an " Eviction notice for non compliance " which is a Lie, again Posted it on the Fence not handed to her?you told people not to help her move the fence, be careful what you say your evicting people for no reason, and acting like you have the right to tell people who can visit them in their own home Trailer, Motor home and the Cabins your Renting Out which is none of your Business and take that camera off my Motor home, that's invasion of Privacy , you have been stocking my Daughter since you showed up, telling her you have been and have have people watching her? that's Stalking and Illegal in the State of California, have a great day

Another day without water. It happens on a monthly basis. Not easy for us folks who work all day and come home and no water. This place is an eyesore. Trash overflowing..when you enter the gates theres broken cars parked out front...cars on blocks..no tires..windows..but ppl sleep in them. Rents due the 5th but you get your statement on the 6 or 7th. Constantly switching managers..maintenace takes months to fix things..if your lucky it gets fixed. The other night they started building a fence at 10 pm. So if you have to work early next day you get no sleep listening to power tools at night. Owners live outta town so they dont give a heck. All they want is money. Slumlords.
