Sunny Valley Smoked Meats

We had another Sunny Valley for Thanksgiving 2018. These hams are just loaded with flavor. Bought it at the local Bel Air. I am going to have to try their bacon.

I'm only writing this review because I cannot find much about this company's farming practices online! Their website doesn't seem very transparent to me... Not ONE picture of the pigs they use for their meat products! I know that "gestation crates" are illegal in California, but I'm wondering what quality of life this farm is providing for their animals?!?!All I can find are reviews for how their bacon tastes... I WANT MORE INFORMATION, as a consumer!!! :-(

This bacon is incredible!! I use it on my guide trips fly fishing and my clients and I are fans!! Even retired editor NY Times I fish with often comments on how much we love this bacon. You don't need to be a women and bring home the bacon and fry it up in a pan! You can be a fishing guide from Mount Shasta and know this is a ideal product that will enhance any meal. The best ham I've ever eaten. I don't buy any other kind. The bone in half butt is the best ham to buy. The price is usually very good. I always buy more to put in the freezer for latter.

My favorite ham and bacon comes from these folks! Delicious! Always delighted to see it at my local stores when they are smart enough to carry this brand.

We have been eating and enjoying Sunny Valley Hams and Bacon for many years now. They are outstanding and the taste and quality is always top notch. in fact we look forward to the holiday season as we can find lots and lots of great prices on their products . Can't imagine even trying another brand .

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A RETAIL STORE!! Sadly I stopped buy hoping to pick up some delicious bacon and found out this location is the factory where they make and process sunny valley smoked meats. This is not an actual store where you can come and shop. I pulled up and immediately smelled the Smokey ham smell in the air. I walked to the door and opened it to look around and there were only employees in what looked like a break room. I asked and they did confirm this was not a retail location.

Smoked Turkey for thanksgiving every year. Its a turkey but plays like a ham. Always a crowd pleaser and ready in around an hour depending on size. Its already cooked, oven just to warm it. Thanks again!

Both my husband and I agree, best ham we've ever had. Delicious smoked flavor, and the most tender meat. Looking forward to trying the bacon!Bought it at our local Lucky store.

From the reviews it looks like people like the meat, it sure smells good....I got to try it one of these days. Me & my drivers from united express just wanted to comment how friendly the ladies in the shipping department are. The workers in shipping are also very fast, it's not uncommon for them to fully load our 53 ft reefers in less then a hour. Always a pleasure!
