Laundry room leaking
Laundry room leaking
Nature trail in Sunny Acres
And our neighbors have a ton of rabbits that they feel the need to dump their droppings by our power pedestal and water spigot!
Hard to tell but all the grass here is very tall and nothing is kept up.
Dining room next to table
Nice neighbor allowed me to borrow their rake to clean up RV site. Created cosey outdoor space!

LITTLE HELP, PLEASE?I drove in to Sunny Acres but wasn't sure I had found the correct street address as it wasn't clearly marked from the main road. Luckily I saw an "office" sign in front of me and parked there. I walked up and could see four women in the office through the glass. I opened the door and they all just stared at me. No greeting; no smiling faces. What if I had been a potential new resident? It didn't happen to be that I was looking for residency; I was just a visitor. I asked if I'd found 1080 San Miguel. They kind of just looked at me and then I received a not-so-friendly affirmation. My next question was directions to a specific lot number. I did get my answer after a moment of silence but they didn't seem happy to help me. There was nothing warm or fuzzy about these women. The way I see it, you get one lifetime to be the best person you can be. To make life for others as great as possible, and to enjoy it yourself. I just don't understand it when I come across people who are unkind, and in this case, unfriendly! Smile! It's contagious.

If I could give a zero instead of one star I would!!!!!!!!!!They are a cheat and a liar about the space cost which originally at $849 month including sewer and garbage which was on the MSL listing. The original contract to lease that my daughter filled out indicated $849 a month. Then they wanted me being the father who was buying it for my daughter to live to be on the lease contract and when it came time to sign the lease agreement the price went up to $932 plus $45 for sewer and $12 for something else. We made an offer on one we bought and they collected $50 from my daughter to do a credit check which they never ran the credit check but kept her money!!! If I would have known the real cost they charge I would have never made the offer and I wasted $1,100 on a house and termite inspection!!!!!!!!The park also has a lot of burglaries that I didn't learn about until after made the cash offer of $170,000.Beware and think twice before you consider living in this park!!!!!!!!

I am a resident for more of 7 years in this park, and really seeing the neglect of this place!I regret ever moved to this place!I started with base rent $ 600.00, now $1100.00!No improvement, no taking care of property in terms of solution in regards of garbage, or trimming bushes or trees.Management allows hoarders to have their hay-days !Nobody cares. Everyone does what they want even the parking is not controlled!Manager send paperwork to tenant that everyone has to clean up there own scheiss, but it's a joke , nobody cares, People that move in have a different life style and like to live on their own garbage, some people leave out there diapers for a year, or more!I like to move out ,but like the home across from me is hard to sell, because nobody in his right mind want to move into this run down neighborhood. The prize of the value of your home depends on looks and safety of your place you rent from ! The owner is only interested in racing rent, sewage , and charging overdue pavement for the street from years ago!He never walked the street he owns, to see what a garbage place he raced money on yearly! What a shame, have you ever looked your park ratings?I tried to hire a gardener, he declined to come here because he felt unsafe and was uphold of the unkempt place this is! Also allowing sauvage cats to be fed and not controlled!

Ever since we got new management this place has been a dump and now they are telling us we can't dump trash in the dumpster It's been 2 days and I've been living here 18 years and never heard of you cannot dump trash! We pay fees so that we can dump trash in the dumpster. Trash company's run 7 days a week! And on top of the the dumpster is such a hazardous zone for anyone. We have a lot of old folks living here and someone can seriously hurt themselves. Some maintenance guy came and told me mom so rude that she couldn't dump trash, the people who work here are so unprofessional l. My mom thought he was a drunk. After confronted by her son in law he said he works with mike. He drives a white and this is the license plate number. Beware he comes off as a drunk man and does not introduce himself.

No concern for Covid, no masks, zero social distancing. A Few neighbors run the complex and there are no rules for their parties or actions, including taking all parking spots for their friends. Expect zero effort to provide personal enjoyment of the space you pay for. Smoking is encouraged. Expect nothing, ask for nothing, including common courtesy and you'll be fine.
