Subway

To the owner or head manager. I went in about a few weeks ago at around an hour before closing time, and one of the ladies (Caucasian, overweight lady), was spraying CHEMICALS NEAR THE FOOD (meat, fresh produce). I clearly told her to stop because she was so close to the food. She gave me a dirty look and walked away. Please teach your staff about safety regulations while handling food. It's a BIOHAZARD to spray CHEMICALS NEAR FOOD AND CONTAMINATION OF FOOD. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I will contact food and safety board and report this location.

Ordered 6" and a foot long. Received 2 6". So, we overpaid $2 for the 6" that should have been a foot long. Ordered smashed avocado for $3, didn't receive. Ordered sweet tea, none available, just unsweetened. Picked up order, got home, opened it. Tried to call store but no phone number on Yelp, google, or on receipt. Yeesh. extra $5 for nothing. We do NOT recommend using the app or ordering ahead for pick up.

I'm greeted with a guy at the register who has about 8 Hickies on his neck to start things off.. they then tell me they don't have Pastrami lol ..only bread available is White or wheat no other options. Ask for mustard they don't put it on but offer me packets to put on myself.. like whaattt?? Smh ‍ One sandwich alone was nearly $20 (rip off) They only sell their brand chips.. took them 20 mins to make my sandwich and I was only person in the store at the time. Then the very next person that came in, they got into a disagreement because they didn't make their sandwich correctly... like really? This place is Terrible and do not recommend to anyone, not sure how their even in business

This girl Ashley that works there she made my day she is such a sweetheart and I'm so grateful that I got to come to the subway just to encounter somebody as sweet as her. Thanks, girl. Great customer service skills.

I was on my way to class at MJC and realized I forgot to pack myself something to eat. I decided to stop by subway since it was on my way and was helped my this amazing girl named Ashley. She recommended a new type of sandwich for me and it was great! I loved it. She was so sweet and engaged in conversation and also made my sandwich within a timely manner. She made sure my sandwich was made with love because it tasted SOOO good! I know that sounds silly, but I was expecting a basic sandwich and that was anything but basic. I sat down and ate my food and noticed nobody else was in the building, she managed to keep herself on task by cleaning, or organizing things rather than just standing around. That's a great quality to have! (I should know I'm a manager). Ashley has definitely made a life time customer, see you next Monday! Thanks for being so sweet!

Very friendly employees, clean business. Girl that helped me was fast as I was in a rush . I went to subway closer to my house and they were out of bread at 730 in the morning. So I called Subway on Standiford and put my order in . When I got there it was ready for me .

Showed up and no one was at the counter. Not even worker. Then when worker showed up she had a paper and just started making sandwiches. Lined up like 2 breads and 2 wraps and proceeded to make them. Only 1 worker at this location so I guess I was expected to wait even longer. I just left. Hope this isn't the normal here at this location. Will have to try some other time.

I attached a photo of my skimpy ass salad. I didn't want to have her add more because i am o my lunch and need to go. I haven't touched it yet. Does this look like a salad to anyone? I am having a bad day already, and coming here has made it worse. The girl that was making my salad would not understand my instructions, and she ignored the fact that I wanted avocado on my salad. I have never been to such a bad subway before.

wanted to give it another chance. The first time i went in i had placed a pickup order & it was hot inside, i thought maybe their AC isn't working but nooooooo. The second time i went in it was the same thing. you can feel the heat as soon as you open the door. Im not sure if thats safe since they deal with deli meats but never again.

If you want to wait for your online order while they serve the people in line first, this is the place to go. Twice I have placed online orders hoping it will be ready by the promised pick up time. Nope!! both times I had to wait. Defeats the purpose of online ordering if you ask me. NEVER going there again!
