When my niece & nephew played baseball, the league would hold the championship games here. There are a few baseball diamonds, one had a ton of shade (thanks to all the trees) & the other side...well your skin may bubble a bit in the summer. Nice playground & hey there's even a spot set up for horseshoes.

I like the play ground equipment. My 2 yr old can do a lot of the stuff independently. No swings which is a bummer. Lots of shade. Lots of grassy/hilly area. My kid likes to chase the squirrels lol. The equipment is nicer/newer plastic. Not worried about splinters like other parks. Ide like to see it get cleaned up though. Not totally comfortable going alone. Downside is the adults that got there to smoke pot during the day. Can smell it if ur upwind. Also see some homeless hanging out around the horseshoe game area. Looks like they sleep there. I let my kid wonder over once and we saw a used blanket, condoms, bonfire left over, bottles. They got some soft ball fields next door too, but they keep the gate locked so u gotta go around.
