Cynthia at Stronger Fitness is a beast!!!! I just started back up with her after they moved to their new location and I am glad I did. I know that she will get me into shape. This morning I did her Bodypump/CX works class and it was pretty awesome! Thanks Cynthia! You have me on my way to being Stronger.

Cynthia is the bomb in the fitness industry, she and her group really know their stuff. Their classes are fun and upbeat, and even have space for the kids. IT was extremely convenient for me to get the classes I wanted and I didn't have to worry about being the "big guy", they made me very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!!!, especially if you are fed up with lack of quality service from the big box gyms, like I am

Stronger is a real family business, which means you'll get a lot of personal attention. Cynthia, the main instructor and owner, has been leading group fitness classes for many years and has a very dynamic teaching/coaching style. She has a vast repertoire, which adds dimension and variety that cookie-cutter group fitness programs lack. You will NEVER suffer through months of the same tracks, over and over again. Even though the core program is primarily Les Mills-based (Body Pump & Body Combat), Stronger also offers classes like Piloxing and spinning. More, there's always something new on the horizon! The owners and their instruction associates are always looking to expand and add new features and programs. It's important to note that Stronger is TOTALLY inclusive. Men, women, young, old, people who've worked out for years, people just starting to exercise - it really doesn't matter. Cynthia is also VERY body-positive, and works really hard to encourage everyone to focus less on appearance and more on health. REAL health, not necessarily weight loss. For those who are a little twitchy about group fitness, give it a try. No one will put you on the spot and all the classes are easily adaptable to any fitness level. If you have injuries, Cynthia will show you how to modify.

My wife and I have belonged to Stronger Fitness for about 18 months. The personal training is the big upside that differentiates Stronger Fitness from other clubs we have belonged to. You don't have to pay an additional fee for a knowledgeable professional. Cynthia is a FABULOUS trainer, even when slowed down from an auto accident or surgery she still inspires us! The 6 a.m. workouts are a great start to the day and have been beneficial for us both. By exercising different muscle groups she keeps us going for 60 minutes of whole body workout. This is the best overall workout I have engaged in and I recommend it to everyone!
