My wife and I have lived here since 2018 and we love it!! The pool is a great area and the gym has been redone and has all new equipment. It's nice and quiet and close to Manteca Golf Course and any issues at all Maintenance is incredibly responsive and timely on repairs. Big thing they do here is a lot of gardening and time keeping up the grounds and trees and makes it very peaceful and relaxing. It is not the newest property in Manteca but my wife and I enjoy it here and it's very comfortable and the office staff is top notch.

I spent many wonderful years living in these apartments . The office staff was always so helpful and kind. If I ever move back to California, I would definitely get an apartment with them again.

I have enjoyed living here for a couple years now. I enjoy my walks along the golf course when the weather is warm and the flowers are blooming.

I've been eyeing these apartments for years and finally talked to the leasing office today! The girls were so polite and helpful. And the apartments are gorgeous. I can't wait to move in :)

My friends have lived here for about 3 years now and I always enjoy visiting them and hanging by the beautiful pool with them. The pool area is always clean and the atmosphere surrounding the complex is always calm and serene.

Management is always so helpful and in a great mood. Love coming to see them

This place is SLUM!!! Everything is old and dirty and they charge entirely TOO much for rent. The staff is nice but they come across as lazy. The washers and dryers work about 30% of the time. You're better off going to a laundry mat and paying more. Nothing has been updated since I moved in, in 2017. The appliances in the apartments are from the 90's and the carpet has NEVER been changed. This place is Trash!!

They gave me my apartment with a very dirty carpet and said it was cleaned, it had paint, candy and trash on the carpet

Have been leasing a 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath since April 2020, will be leaving at the end of my current lease in April. Over the three years I have been here there have been multiple sales of the property and multiple property managers. Unfortunately the community has steadily declined with each change. They come in, raise the rent and take away amenities.The mail and laundry room started out being open at 6 am now it's open by 8 am if the office staff shows up on time. They like to lock you out completely on holidays. The laundry room also has broken machines more often than not. Office staff will not help nor will they phone their laundry service, so washers full of water are a common sight. Please read the little tag on the machine to report.... If you read english which many don't. I might be the only person who actually reports this way.Since ConAm took over the office staff quality has dropped as well. They don't answer phones, they all like to take lunch at the same time and in general are rude when you call them out for being late to open the laundry room.They no longer offer an after hour answering service for emergencies.The pool is not open until 10am. Why? They do not provide lifeguards or anything yet you can not take a morning swim before work.The do NOT have security! My vehicle has been vandalized several times over the last three years. Nor do they offer any kind of camera recording in parking lots or the common areas.They have a huge problem in the mail room yet do not have cameras up. They lock the door but leave 13 windows open. Since moving here 50% of my mail has failed to show up. Not sure if this is the apartment or the USPS. But even Amazon Prime gets lost too often. And again it is very easy to put in checks to catch culprits if you really want to. It's called a camera. And that security they act like they have.All appliances are very old and not at all energy efficient.There are roaches here. And since I've never seen them do a community spray down of the buildings I imagine spot hitting an apartment here and there probably isn't going to fix that problem. Keep traps up and know they will be in your things if you use your storage closet on the patio/ balcony.The clubhouse is no longer available to residents. Last I checked the gym was very limited on open hours and how many can be there. As far as I know they closed that too.I really feel the "Luxury" should be removed from Stonegate advertising because that is a lie. Maybe it was 40 years ago but not anymore.On a positive note the maintenance guys and cleaning people have always been nice and very helpful. You'll enjoy your interactions with them unlike their counterparts in the office.

These apartments are TERRIBLE to live at. All they care about is money money money. They don't want to help and the residence here harass everybody!No one knows how to Mind their business and is always trying to get someone in trouble.I hated living there. There are horrible people that live and work there. Do not live there.
